have been a patron for many years--on last visit, one of the salad side dishes was very good---called to Chef Jeff Nathan, and Jigi, the manager, 5 times to ask what were the ingredients of the salad-----left messages-----never received the courtesy of a response---------Abigaels may have developed an attitude---

Apologies for the delay in responding to your request. As you know from past experience, we've always been happy to oblige with recipe requests. Despite our big size, we're still a family run operation. Our guest Services representative had been unexpectedly out of the office, with very limited internet access during the week of your request. As noted in the... More

If you're off to see a broadway show and keep kosher, Abigail's is a perfect spot. The decor leaves a lot to be desired but the tasty food makes up for the lack of ambience. The dining room is in a windowless downstairs room that calls to mind hotel ballroom pesach programs. Nonetheless, the menu is varied- including a separate... More

Thanks for your kind words about Abigael's! We've recently redecorated our large lower level rooms and have gotten some terrific comments about the fresh new look. Our upstairs dining room, though much smaller has a terrific view of the Broadway Promenade, which is just perfect for people watching! During Passover our lower level rooms open up into a grand dining... More

Our niece keeps Kosher and recommended Abigael's for a family get-together. We had a large group and had a great table downstairs. The service was excellent and our waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. The menu was extensive and inviting and comments on the duck, carnivore special and pecan crusted salmon were equally positive. The waiter recommended a nice reasonably... More

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night. Clearly, the establishment which has multiple private party rooms, has a strong following of upscale clientele. Menu is diverse with options in all price ranges. The feel is that of a hotel dining room as opposed to that of a "happening" restaurant. So this might be a great choice for celebrating... More

gave a dinner party for 33 people--had a private room, tables were set just as I requested, and the food was excellently prepared--my guests raved about the 14 oz steaks which were done just as each guest ordered---I have given parties here previously, have never been disappointed and won rave revues from all the guests---will certainly keep returning---

We were looking for a kosher restaurant in New York and were recommended the Prime Grill. Their reviews were mixed and Abigael's seemed a better option so we thought we'd try there. We had ghe Asian chicken and the mushroom polenta as starters. Tge chicken was delicious. The polenta described as soft was actually more sloppy than than soft but... More

My place to go for a kosher business lunch. The menu provides a large selection of very interesting dishes. I've tried many of the appetizers, entrees and desserts, I've never tried anything that I didn't like. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed.
