Nice selection of vegetables and Kim chee. The service was not that great waitress seemed reluctant to provide second helping of rice. Server was not very engaging. It is pricey.

Love coming to this restaurant. The food is simply delicious and I've found the staff to be very attentive and friendly. There's also nothing better than a hot stew in the middle of winter. One of the best Korean options in the city IMO.

As a solo diner I was ignored for the majority of my time there and when the food arrived it was practically thrown into the table without any regard. Food was OK but not worth the price. Ended up having to walk to the front desk to get my check and pay. Complete waste of money and time.

Portion size was good but food wasn't the best or tastiest. Staff were very considerate and attentive though.

We were there in two couples with two small kids and it was lovely! Very friendly staff, absolutely kids friendly, very good food. Our friends booked it in advanced otherwise I think there will be a little of wait. It was busy but not unpleasant! Typical korean food, delicious and prices: excellent for NYC!

Love bi bum bop with crispy rice in earthen bowl. There were 3 of us. One comes frequently to korea town. We share a Pancake or crepe. One of us had the flavorful tofu soup. Another table had Steak tartare which looked tasty. Good service. Well priced. Locals not tourists. Close to Macy's.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here. They didn't skimp on portion sizes either. Very reasonably priced

We used to live down the block from this restaurant when we lived in NYC in 2002, but never made it to this great Korean restaurant until today. Everyone at our table had the Special #4 and were extremely happy with our choice. Everything came quickly and stayed HOT the entire meal in their stone pots. Highly recommended

I have been coming here for about twenty years. What I like about this place is that it is open 24/7! The food is consistently good and the service is efficient. The tofu soup really hit the spot on a cool autumn day. The decor is nothing to write home about but the food more than made up for it!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
