We went to this Han Bat because it was right next to our hotel. It turned out to be great!! Service was excellent; smiley staffs and food was really fast. All Ji gae (soups) were delicious!! The sautéed squid was amazing. Hot tea was very nice for such a cold day. It was a little bit pricey (for me as... More

A very lovely restaurant with very authentic korea food. The staff was friendly and happy to refill the side dishes. Ate there several nights after late night shopping in Times Square. Highly recommend the Korean Ginseng Chicken. I think this is the best restaurant on the amongst the others on the street.

My friend likes this restaurant rather than the Korean restaurants on W 32nd Street because they don't rush you out the door. You can sit a while and linger, it's a very relaxed atmosphere. We came here for a late dinner on a Friday night and shared a seafood pancake with hot tea. It comes with ban chan (side dishes)... More

Lots of tourists. Service was mediocre. Food was satisfactory but there is much better close-by. My wife is Korean and found the food just satisfactory. Mine was the same. Don't expect great service. I felt the meal was a bit over priced for what we got. Probably will not go back.

Food was tasty and original, good service and great location. Tip: ask for tea instead of ice water!

I cannot count how many times i have been to HanBat just so i can actually enjoy their delicious piping hot soondoobu jjigae and gam ja tang. Lol. Seriously. Their price for lunch special is definitely the best among other Korean restaurants. Normally those two soup based dishes are what i always order, sometimes i'll go for their Galbi, Mandoo,... More

I've never ventured past a bibimbap when it comes to Korean cuisine so I wanted to experiment. The waiters were not great with English so could not recommend anything effectively. But the meal turned out excellent regardless with very, very attentive service despite the language barrier. Meal for 2 with drinks came up 45 (inc. tips). Definitely recommend.

2 doors down from Hotel Metro where I was staying. Efficient fast service, didn't feel awckward being alone. Generous wine pours. I tried the short ribs one night and a Bibimbap another, both delicious. All came with generous helpings and lovely little side dishes. Friendly if fast service, but just right for this trip.

Leaving our hotel late one morning, we were to late to be able to get breakfast at most places, but as we walked past this place it seemed to be open - we asked the guy smoking in the doorway (our first mistake) if they were open and he said they were. We went inside and were the only ones... More
