The service was good for Manhattan standards; the ambience was really nice and the food was excellent. I had the lamb shank and my colleague had a pasta dish. We both left rather satisfied.

Although I somehow can't rave I was very satisfied with our brunch. The menu had many options including a very fair prix fixe option. Everything we had was very good and fairly priced. The service was fine although they did not have our reservation and we had to ask for a few things more than once.I wasn't knocked out enough to feel... The food was excellent with very nice service. I had the lasagna which was perfectly made and plenty to eat. My husband had tagliatelle pol petite which he really enjoyed as well. The creme brûlée was very taste.

I rang on the phone to make a reservation for 6 people and I was spoken to with the uttermost rudeness. If is that is what the service is like on the phone I will not want too see what it is like in a resturant. I will make a visit on Thursday and would like a formal apology for... More

As it was Labor Day, most of our preferred options were closed and our hotel recommended this place. I will not pass on this recommendation. Nice room but noisy and the staff is pleasant but the food is average at best. Certainly not authentic. I'm sure there are better places to try if you're willing to look a little further... More

I was recently there with my son visiting colleges and we needed to get a quick bite but wanted some good food. When we arrived at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon, we herded back to a corner of the restaurant with a bunch of other people despite the fact that it was empty. It also took ten minutes or so... More

While the hostess at front was aloof, the meal, the ambience and the waiters were terrific. It was a beautiful late afternoon in August and they opened the doors to the street I had the mozzarella and tomatoes as appetizer. The mozzarella was amazing. I then had the salmon cooked rare over spinach. Perfect. I love the Italian country feel... More

The food was great! We had the lasagna and it was delicious! Best one we've tasted! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were efficient! We liked it so much we went back 3x in 1 week! Great experience!

I recently dined at Osteria Laguna while staying at the Westin Grand Central (it's right across the street - literally!). It was a last minute decision on the way back to the hotel after work, and I was by myself looking for a good, easy meal. I was seated very quickly at a table across from the bar. The good... More
