Over the past week, we had breakfast at Bloom's 5 days out of our six day stay in Manhattan. We tried different egg dishes each day, mushroom omelettes, French toast, beans, scrambled, over easy, etc. All great and if it is part of the numbered specials, it will include coffee or tea, juice, toast and potatoes which are all served... This restaurant has the authentic New York diner feel with a completely separate menu of gluten free items from pancakes to burgers. It also has it's regular menu, so if you aren't gluten-free, you have lots of choices too. I had a breakfast of pancakes and sausage. The servings were HUGE! We also ordered a fruit salad and it was... More

It's how I measure delis. And this place has great pastrami. Fast service. A little pricey - $14 for a simple pastrami on rye? But it was good and I appreciated the little moist towel packet.

Ate breakfast here most mornings of our week's stay in NY, primarily because of its gluten free options for my friend, which she was very happy with. She also ordered take out sandwiches for lunch which were good too, and very big! We found there to be plenty of choice for breakfast, quick, friendly and efficient service and good quality... More

A fave spot on Lex between GCT and 39th, the menu is huge, the portions gigantic, the service speedy, the staff accommodating and the prices fair AND all with an 'A' rating in the window.

Food was good - massive servings and they have gluten free bread. There is a sign saying all day breakfast but we got there at 11.05 and they said breakfast was over. They did end up giving us breakfast but we had to order immediately. Waiter was great - maître d was sour and rude.

Standard diner. Cooked fresh. OK service. Bathrooms were a bit of a disaster - don't touch anything on your way down or up!!! Priced well.

Bland food and not cheap. Service okay. Rest rooms down steep stairs and required cleaning. Overall an average lunch. Gluten free food available but average in quality.

My sister was taking a NYC airporter bus to LaGurdia and got to 41st much too early. We walked a block and found Blooms. We entered with our luggage and packages, hot and dishelveled to be greeted by a lovely hosted who parked our luggage to the side and led us to a quiet table. We told our waiter that... More
