Watered down drinks but good pub food

Recently, we went here to have some drinks and pub food on a Saturday night. The singer was entertaining and we greatly enjoyed it. Our waitress left something to be desired and seemed as if she really didn't want to be working. We ordered several drinks, and all commented on how weak they were. By... read more

Stopped here on the way back to our hotel. Bar man was great, very attentive and prompt with drinks. Nice venue to pass the time and watch the sport on tv!

Nice atmosphere and good food but poor service. Maybe we went at the wrong time but two waitresses disappeared after helping us. Went at 3:30 so maybe it was the shift change? Would have been nice of someone told us rather than just disappearing. Food was good too bad on the service.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and were so glad we did. I had the fish and chips one of the nicest I've had anywhere. My husband (who is quiet the fussy eater) had the ribs and some of my fish and thought both were delicious. Service was great. For those interested it has an extensive beer... More

Nothing special about this restaurant. It is like any other brewpub. Skip it if you are looking for a relaxed dinner. When we went they only had high tables and stools with no backs. The food is only average.

we came here recently for food and drinks. the first error was being given full fat coke instead of diet coke. then the pint of budweiser was completely flat, and we were told they wouldn't exchange it as the bud in America is always flat! finally, while we were still eating, the waitress kept trying to take our plates away,... Good assortment of on tap drafts. The food is also nice. Not too far from the chaos of Times square.

While staying at the hotel Mela this was our go to spot for drinks. No question this is a great spot, great selection of beer and tasty pub food that goes above the traditional greasy bar food. The staff was fun which brought us back.

we were 4 for lunch. Two meals were good (2 of us had the cured meat and cheese board), 1 average (tandoori skewers) and one poor (calamari which was just plain and boring). Wait staff (Sarah) was good but there were delays in delivery of food and we asked for 2 more slices of bread for the cheese board as... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
