OK

Standard TGI, not great, not bad. Prices dont reflect it being where it is so is a good place for a lower priced meal in the middle of NYC.

Look at the reviews, all foriegners. I suspect that no self respecting New Yorker would eat there. It's New York and so over priced average food with OTT false pleasantry is expected. It is what we got and what we deserved for rushing to choose a safe option when it was late and we were hungry. They will continue to get... More

Great chance to get a good deal on food and not huge amounts of food. Service was average and not really friendly.

The location is a franchise, and they don't participate in the Rewards program. The place was dirty, the food was fair, but overpriced and the service was marginal. Not the best showing for the chain

Tamika, our server, made this visit just great. TGIF is always ok but, Tamika was exceptionally helpful and a joy to be around. She made our visit there a GREAT one. Thank you Tamika

We were visiting the city and stopped in for lunch. The tables were cramped together but we were thankful for the air conditioning as it was 36 Celsius and we had been walking around the city with a baby. 3 of us ordered off of the lunch menu. The food took over 30 minutes to get to us. The server... More

I wasnt expecting any other than what I got. Just an average TGIF dinner. Over priced small portion meals. We were starving and saw it was open, familiar so we went in. Just like home, average but here a little over priced. Welcome to Manhattan, You get what you pay for, If your hunryand want familiar its OK. Looking for... More

Much smaller menu than in the UK, food not as good as expected and service was poor. We only saw our server when we sat down (after just being pointed to a table) and when he was walking past to attend another table. We didn't feel that the service deserved a tip as we had been in other much better... More

It was late on a Friday evening, and rather than looking for somewhere that could accommodate everyone's needs, we felt confident that this would be fine after having eaten in their UK restaurants. However, on arrival, 2 members of staff argued as to who was going to sit us and where. After eventually being seated upstairs the service was poor... More

We went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't good. The layout of restaurant is kind of confusing. We were told to seat ourselves upstairs. Service was very slow. Food was not good. Potato Skins were in - edible. Wings were cold. Chicken tenders were good but the fries were old. Prices were high for crappy food.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
