$8 for a soft drink for the little un, & $18.49 for a burger that must have spent 20 seconds anywhere near a grill ( picture below). No apologies, no replacement offer. Paid for what we ate & left. Shocking place, dimly lit, & could do with a good clean.

As the title says this was the best cheeseburger of my life!!! The coffee was fantastic too! Service was great I just wish we would have gone back again but ran out of time. Next time we are in NY I'm going there TWICE!!

i've had TGIFs before, in my hometown which is in Indonesia which is miles away from nyc. I really like the steaks here in TGIF in Indonesia so i decided to give the one in nyc a try. I ordered the steak of course, and somehow the waiter got really busy? i don't get why he is serving like so... More

i suppose when you go to TGI Fridays you know what you are going to get, but in this case was even a little worse than the average. Cold food, too long time to serve and edible for forgettable food. If you want a piece of a better quality American fast food I suppose this is a decent place to... More

Went to have dinner while visiting New York and of course, had to stop by Times Square. However, our wonderful trip ruined by this awful establishment. Originally, we wanted to go to Olive Garden but they were so busy, we end up here. Thinking its a chain restaurant, it can probably deliver to normal standards. Oh Boy, we were wrong.... More

The Food and waitress were fantastic, however we had to wait 50 minutes for a table and then when showed to the table it wobbled and a drink couldn't sit on it so we had to asked to be moved and this didn't please the person who was dealing with the seating. Apart from that you couldn't fault the food... More

Had dinner here for my 18th Birthday. Because of the 21 drinking age, I had Jack Daniels glazed steak, because that was the closest thing to alcohol I could get on my 18th Birthday! (LOL) Service was average, however we enjoyed our meal!

The restaurant was like a sauna, and the staff were too busy chatting between themselves to even bother with customers. After waiting 20 minutes at our table we still had not been approached for even a drink. At this point we up and left, along with 4 other tables of diners! Absolutely awful.

New Years Eve lunchtime and we got a table before the rush. Service was ok and some of the food was better than other bits but generally acceptable despite the loudmouth from Chicago at the next table. Certainly wasn't cheap but not a surprise in the circunstances.

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
