I will try to be fair by saying that we were quite tired when we went here, the food was fine without being anything special, service was also ok but a slight sense of yeah, whatever!

The food is like any other TGI ( which means it´s decent) but you are middle of Manhattam, so be ready for a ore expensive check.

Yes, you expect to pay a little more when eating in Times Square, but $85 for a flatbread, and two nacho apps (like eight nachos each) and three lemonades was a bit ridiculous. Service was ok, but it's cramped and dark and if you freeze while sitting under one of their turbo ceiling fans, they won't shut them off. Go... More

I was in this restaurant 15 years ago and it looks exactly the same today as it did then. Expected typical big chain quality meaning you know what to expect and deliver on it every time as we are travelling with 2 kids. Ordered a simple Jack Daniels chicken sandwich which isn't difficult. We waited an hour and the chicken... More

Usual TGI food but had to wait 20mins for table so need to get there early.Efficient service but not brilliant which slightly lets it down. Could also use a spruce up inside as decor looks jaded but no complaints on the food which was excellent.

Nothing more to add except the price was high. But that's NY City in general. Food was as expected. Very crowded eating areas.

The waiter did a neat job of taking the order without writing it down neat trick if you can remember the order, which unfortunately he couldn't Mains came before starters! The excuse was "there is no communication back there" They then offered to bring the starters as they were now ready, we had just started the mains which were all... More

I ate here on June 22. The restaurant seemed very run down and old. The bathrooms were also disgusting. They were extremely small and not well maintained. The food was average but our server was very nice even offering to take pictures of us and was very quick and helpful. We knew there are much better places to eat in... More

This is the first place we eat whilst in New York as we just needed some quick due to travelling for 8 hours! The staff weren't that friendly and we had to ask if we could just sit anywhere. They said just find a table and someone would be with us. So we did and they didn't! We had to... More
