Good Kosher food

If you need a good and expensive kosher restaurant in Manhattan' you can find it here. Very crowded place so you need to wait a long time for your order bur it's worth it. The service needs to improve.

My first and last visit!! Let's start with our waiter, generally never an issue. An older guy who literally would not look at any of us when he took our orders AND NEVER ever smiled. This was a pre cursor to the meal ahead. Starters were sliders that looked like burnt hockey pucks and beef "bacon" that was definitely reminiscent... More

I have never been spoken to the way the manager, Patricia, has spoken to me. It was beyond unprofessional. A conflict occurred and instead of trying to rectify the situation she approached it with a nasty, aggressive, appalling attitude. It was quite embarrassing on her behalf. I will never recommend or do business at this restaurant to anyone because because... More

This used to be my first meal in NY. Good in the past but after a one year absence a huge deterioration. Such a shame to see the reduced quality. No longer a look forward to experience. I ordered the tournedo steak, as usual, and was shocked at the change in the quality of the meat, As for the fries... More

I used to love eating out here (in fact, several years ago I gave this resteraunt a good review). Here are the pros and cons of my past experience: Pro - the waiting time between ordering and receiving food was less than usual. -waiters didn't come over constantly to see how we are doing (in the past, they would come... The food is okay. Service is decent. It's not the place to go for a romantic dinner. It's very loud and it's pretty busy. Steaks are supposed to be good. I think they are okay. I like the restaurant for its hours of operation. Food is fine.

Food is always fresh. Fast pick up. Resturant itself on the noisy side. I like the chicken dishes. Chicken pillar my favorite. Past pretty good as well.

Went there with a co-worker that eats kosher. Came very skeptical, but was surprised. Ate the sausage burger thingy, which was pretty good. Place was clean and staff was nice.

Haven't been in a long time but was very nice. Got there on the early side (5 PM) but that was great sat upstairs corner table no fuss. Food was very good, service was excellent and even when it filled up we were not rushed in anyway. Felt like we could have sat there for another hour.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
