The service was perfect and very friendly but very fast we were not in rush but we were feel like we have to eat and go. The food is good but it is not a big French gastronomy or a fine dining . Just bistro food .. We will return and make sure I tell the staff I am not... More

We came here for lunch on Saturday before a theater performance. The fixed price menu is $25 and it includes appetizer, entree, dessert and coffee; quite affordable. the food was delicious, I had the artichoke appetizer and the Sole for entree. My husband had the onion soup (which he loved) and the Salmon. The service was fast and efficient, but... More

The beauty of this restaurant is the fixed price menu for theater goers. Appetizer, main meal, dessert and coffee all for $39. The selection is extensive and daily specials are included as well. The night we dined, coq au vin was one of the daily specials and it was delicious. Dessert included such choices as creme brulee and creme caramel. Well... More

We had dinner at le Rivage in September 2014. The A/C was so cold that a few tables complained. The servers refused to turn up the temperature but finally the manager turned it up a few degrees and we were all more comfortable. The prix fixe is $25 and you get what you pay for. My husband's fish was OK,... More

Tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a couple who were exiting as we walked by. And we were delighted. The prix fixe (after 7:30pm) was only $25.00 and included an appetizer, entree, dessert, and coffee or tea. There were many choices on the menu. I had the lobster bisque, a shrimp, rice and vegetable entree, and pastry for dessert.... More

On August 16, 2014, I treated my sister and brother in law to a pre theater lunch at Le Rivage. I had eaten there before, and thought they would enjoy it. The price, $25 ,was more than reasonable for what your choices were. It included an appetizer, entree, dessert and coffee or tea. The choices were numerous, unlike some restaurants... More

I have eaten at this restaurant located on Restaurant Row numerous times. This time, I left feeling that the cooks there don't put as much effort into the food. I had the veal scaloppini. To me, this should a a rich dish. My serving was bland and not at all rich. The creme brulee also suffered from a lack of... More

My mom and I were in the city to see a broadway show. One of the ladies on our bus trip recommended this place. We figured we would check it out. Everything was awesome. The staff were polite and courteous. Mom and I both took French when in high school/college so it was nice to hear the staff talk in... More

I brought my sister to Le Rivage for her birthday before going to a broadway play. The place is homey and cozy - very nice paintings of French countryside on the wall. I love the round table for two where they sat us. The soft shell crabs I ordered were crisp and delicious. My sister had the trout which was... More
