Four of us had a late lunch on matinee day. Our reservation for 1:30 was perfect as the patrons were beginning to leave for their shows, and shortly we were the only ones in the rear room. This was fine as it was elbow to elbow before the leaving took place. We were offered the fixed price menu with a... More

My friend found this restaurant on Trip Advisor so we made reservations. It's on restaurant row in the theater section so that's the dining crowd. For $25 your choices are an appetizer, entree, dessert with coffee. Our waitress was named Ewa and she was wonderful. Recommendations for the house wine ($11) complimented a basket of rolls and butter. Great selection... More

This was a return visit to LeRivage. We were looking for a French restaurant near the theater and based upon our last visit and updated reviews we chose LeRivage and we were not disappointed by the entire meal from the appetizers through dessert. My wife commented that here Peach Melba was one of the best if not the best dessert... More

Cozy classic French restaurant with delicious food, good service, and substantial portions. The pre fixe meal is a great value. Nice selection of wines by the glass at prices reasonable by NY/ theater district standards. The duck - an entire half duck -- was perfectly cooked with a delicious, slightly orange sauce. The baked mussels are devine, preferable to the... More

The food was OK. The service was very good. The price was outrageous considering choices and prices offered non prime time. This "French" restaurant in the theater district offers prix fixed menus determined by time of day. Currently you can eat dinner there after matinees or pre evening performance at an overly inflated price. At other times the menu seems... More

We have been coming here for decades and have never been disappointed. If you can get there after 7:30 on theatre nights, they have a terrific $25 three course prix fixe. We go there every time we are in the city

Anyone traveling by plane knows how annoying it is if someone in back of your seat keeps kicking the back of your seat. That was, what I experienced while having lunch. Everyone walking behind my seat, due to the narrow isle, bumped my chair. Very miserable experience. I had read many good reviews of the restaurant and I wish I... More

Restaurant row is a fabulous place to be. My wife and I decided one night to try Le Rivage and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent, the wine selection spot on! The restaurant has a very country French feel and the serving size were perfect. The coquille appetizer is mouth watering. The steak was perfectly prepared, as were the... More
