We went for breakfast, the servers take turns singing. The singing was good but breakfast was bad. Everything was cold, I asked for crispy bacon and it was burnt. Something to see but I would just order coffee. more

The Stardust Diner is purely an entertainment experience. We had a great time listening to our singing waiters belt out Broadway and popular tunes! My 12 and 10 year olds are both budding singers and dancers and they were enthralled. The entertainment is pretty much continuous with only short breaks, so you're pretty much ensured of catching a fair number... more

This place is really cool. All of the waiters are actors who sing while you eat. It is so funny to be eatting your food and look up and see your waitor serenading the restaurant. My whole just had a blast. The food is not horrible but its nothing particularly good. Its kind of over priced but I guess that... more

You walk in and it's pretty cool, very 50's. The waiters and waitresses are singing and it looks like an old school malt shop. Very tight dining quarters though. We were sat right away. We ordered our food (burgers and sandwiches) which were strangerly enough done within 10 minutes which left us wondering if it was made already waiting for... more

WHAT A GREAT TIME AND IDEA! This was a perfect place to eat and be entertained. I loved every moment and did not want to leave. We ate breakfast and dinner in the same day here. It was very unusual and the food was very good. The servers sing during their service. It is crazy but great! PRICE: Well, the... more

To get down to brass tacks this place basically has a fun atmosphere, but overpriced average food. That being said, I'm not sorry we went. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor overlooking the whole place and the singing servers would sometimes come upstairs where we were. As an added bonus there were pictures of past Miss Subways on the... more

The concierge at our hotel highly recommended this restaurant on our first night in New York. It was very disappointing. We were sat on the lower level in a corner, squeezed in among many other tables. The servers were taking turns singing, which is the attraction. However, it is almost impossible to make conversation, it is so noisy. The singing... more

We came to this diner to have just a milkshake, so we asked to be seated at the bar. There were a couple of guests sitting at the tables, but it think that the waiters outnumbered the guests. We were unnoticed at the bar at least for 10 minutes, looking to order the milkshakes at the bar or at the... more

I had lunch there with my daughter and another child, on a school trip to see a Broadway show. We arrived right around noon, and there was a line of people waiting to be seated, but we were seated quickly. The restaurant was actually quite large, and we were seated downstairs. I had a turkey burger, and the kids both... more
