I stopped at Gaby for a sort of late lunch. The chef was nice enough to prepare the vegetarían lasaña. It was tasty and fresh, still a bit spicy, something that I have noticie in different restaurants. The ambiance is perfect, ultra clean and tidy and the service excellent.

Last Saturday we needed to find a good restaurant that is near the Theater District for a pre-theater dinner. Having stayed several times in the Sofitel Hotel and being familiar with their restaurant, Gaby, we made reservations using Open Table. We found availability at 6PM and we pleased with the experience. Gaby has very good food, starting with their bread... More

Had escargot and shrimp risotto, exquisite and delicate. Best escargot I ever had. Just a little too noisy place.

Found a warm window seat away from the crowd and had an excellent brunch, French press coffee, basket of fresh croissants and wheat muffins, Eggs Benedict and smoked Salmon. Excellent service and a nice sit down relaxing Brunch which we had a difficult time finding.

I already reviewed shortly when I reviewed our 8 day stay at The Sofitel, which is the hotel Gaby is located within. Lack of products, outages when requested menu items forcing us to take 2nd choices. Unprofessional.

Fantastic Hotel and location, in the heart of Manhattan gives this restaurant a great advantage to the other places around. The food was very disappointing. The arugula salad was frozen one probably from yesterday.. " raspberry vinaigrette dressing was spoiled as well." The wine was , and served fresh baguette was good, the only thing was eatable.

We stayed at the hotel, so we occasionally have breakfast here. It is pricey but very good. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice.Have always had friendly and good service.

Service and food was excellent from arrival to departure. Our server, Arian made the experience even better. We'll definitely return.

We love to go to Gaby's for breakfast. You can go big and have an American breakfast, which includes seemingly unlimited coffee and juice, or have a continental breakfast with outrageous French breads, croissants, etc. (which also come with the American breakfast). Arian is our favorite waiter and just makes the experience that much better. Gaby's is not cheap, but... More

What a pleasure to discover that our hotel restaurant is a great dining destination on top of its convenience. We had two delightful dinners there.
