We were in New York for six days and we came here three times for a pre-theatre meal, that's how good it was. Each time we were asked what time our show was and each time our waitress was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was beautiful, I had scallops twice and they were to die for ;) Starters... More

We decided to eat here as it was close to our hotel (CitizenM, West 50th). We were seated straight away even though the restaurant was busy and the bar area lively. The waitress explained the specials which we went for with two of us ordering the linguine with lobster, shrimp, mussels & two ordering the rib eye steak. The linguine... More

Walked by after a show, decided to give it a try. Smiling, patient waitress explained specials. Prompt service. I ordered home made pasta with shrimp and lobster in a tanqueray and fennel infused marina sauce. It was a huge portion and delicious! Extensive wine list. The desserts looked great but was too full to try one. Will return.

Recommended by hotel staff. Expensive and didn't really care for the food. Ordered ribeye medium and it was a bloody mess. Chose not to eat it. Husband ordered some type of salad and couldn't identify half of the ingredients. Staff didn't like us asking so many questions about the food. Just wasn't a good night.

Went there 3 times in 5 days. Everything we ordered was excellent. Highly recommend the lobster bisque, the crab cakes, the salmon and the egg rolls. Pleasant ambience, fair price and a lot of locally sourced food.

My husband and I were treated to a beautiful meal at Thalia recently. We arrived at the end of the Prix Fixe (pre-theater) dinner and the start of the oyster special and were able to take advantage of both! Hubby had Creamy Polenta, Crispy-Skinned Scottish Salmon, and Vanilla Cheesecake while I had Iceberg Salad, Mushroom Ravioli and Tiramisu. We savoured... More

Excellent food in nice surroundings. The kale salad was wonderful. My wife had the pasta special which was loaded with shrimp and mussels. I had the rib eye steak special. The steak was well cooked, tender and seasoned. The portions are big, so there was enough to split between us.
