We were in the city for "The Book of Mormon" and Pigalle was recommended by a local friend. Worked out perfectly, and the food was delicious. Our server was in training, but closely supervised by an experienced person. High ceilings make the noise level a little high, but in fact we had no trouble conversing in our party of three.

I need to catch up on a few reviews here and I thought that I might start with Pigalle. Because it is connected to our hotel and because I love French food I decided to give it a try. It is busy. It has atmosphere and it is a little rude, but that is likely due to the volume. The... More

The menu is pretty big with a lot of traditional French dishes. The food is not bad but wont make me dream of it. Was very good to feed us after a day travelling

We used this restaurant the first time as it was part of our hotel and it was raining! It was a good move though as the food was great and the service also. We went back for a second dinner!

Even when it's very busy this restaurant has good food and service. It's not fine dining but it's very decent food. The prices are in line with those at other restaurants in the Theatre District. It can get crowded and loud, but it's still a very pleasant place. I wouldn't rush back, but we had a nice evening and a... More

Had lunch there a couple of days ago, atmosphere was lively, the decor was that of a French bistro, our Latino waiter and busboy were polite and professional, we didn't have to ask for water as it was brought right after we were seated, (not very common nowadays) and there was no lemon slice in it which was great (lots... We ate here before we went to the theater on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning with their breakfast buffet. Both meals were very good. The restaurant was packed on Saturday night but we were able to get a table only after a short wait. It is very convenient if staying at the Hilton Garden Inn next door.

This was a busy restaurant on a rainy NY might. We had the fixed price menu. The highlight was the most enormous pork chop I have ever seen. Nice veg and dauphinoise style potatoes. Very nice. Friendly service throughout. Only downside was that the wine was expensive and all at $40+.

Right next to the Hilton garden inn on 8th ave, this casual restaurant is a decent place to go for affordable food and drinks.

The Brasserie Pigalle was just around the corner from our hotel on Times Square. We past it several times walking to the subway and plays. So, one night we decided to try it. It’s has that French brasserie feel in that the tables are very close together (although they didn’t sit anyone next to us) and not all that fancy.... More
