This place used to be one the best BBQ's in the city...went there few months ago and disappointed. Food is just OK now, nothing special..and the service? Forget it.. it was impossible to find our waiter for minutes on end. Not headed back anytime soon unless they get new management. more
Hands down best BBQ in the NorthEast. The dry-rub Memphis Pork Ribs are as close as you can get to authentic Texas BBQ! The maple-butter hushpuppies and the popcorn shrimp (with actual popcorn) are great apps. more
Nothing stood out as great. I enjoyed the trailerpark french fries the most. The brisket sandwich and the tiny little sides of potato salad and coleslaw were ok. My husband ordered a catfish po boy and it was not a great one either. There is better BBQ in Ohio at Pig Iron more

The closest thing to real Texas BBQ in Manhattan. You get cloth towels to clean yourself up after wrestling with the huge portions. Try the barbecue chicken and ribs platter. $$ more
We ate at another highly rated steak house the night before and it wasn't even nearly as good as the Smoked Prime Rib that Virgil's Real BBQ offers on Sunday night.
