ViceVersa was recommended to us by some New York foodie friends as a good 'go to' restaurant which delivers on quality, service and price. They were correct. Dinner for three on a Saturday night was a very relaxed dining experience. The restaurant was surprisingly not full but busy enough not to feel quiet. Service throughout the evening was attentive and... More

I live around the corner and come here several times a year. One time, my wife and I even came for New Year's Eve. It's the best dining in the neighborhood -- or certainly, the best Italian. Most recently, we had old friends visiting and took them there. It was great, as usual. Some favorite dishes: the strozza preti (a... More

Very attractive modern room - nice ambience, good happy hour, good menu, excellent service, great new place to know about in an area that has so many tourist traps...this is not one of them!

We ate here on our first night in New York and the food was amazing as well as the service. We went by the waiter's recommendations, which were spot on. The house speciality pasta dish with amaretti biscuits was excellent. The service was really friendly and we were not rushed at all, which was appreciated. A great start to our... More

If your looking for great Italian food, with ambience, in a nice modern setting check out ViceVersa. I had a selection of appetizers, Arancine - good basic (nothing special), fried squash blossoms (fabulous) and beef carpaccio with black summer truffle (have them hold the mayo/sauce) Good wine selection, good service

The concierge at my hotel set this up as a pre-theatre dinner venue. The blood orange cosmopolitans were amazing. The food fantastic and it was so good we were slightly late to the theatre. Service top-notch, highly recommend.

My wife and I had a terrific dinner at this Hell's Kitchen/theater District Italian restaurant. We each had a pasta dish, the Strozzapreti (duck ragout) and Casoncelli (veal, raisins). While very different, each was sensational. Wines by the glass were numerous and not overpriced. We had a babysitting gig so they served us promptly but did not rush us. We... More

For me it started with my $12 glass of valpolicella - it was so poor that i knew to lower my expectations. Next came the caprese salad. the mozzarella was good but there was barely any basil and the tomatoes weren't fresh and too cold so they had no taste. main meal of spaghetti and meatball was good. Service was... More

First of all I want to submit that I come from Gragnano (known as the european capital of the pasta), and seeing that they use the same way and the same ingredients to make it means a lot to me! Franco (the owner) is very friendly and he knows well the sense of the hospitality... That place is one of... More

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Forgot our digital tickets for Book of Mormon. They bailed us out: emailed to them and they printed. Would not take gratuity for this.
