My wife and I visited after play matinee. All I can do is rate this restaurant on WHAT we had. The menu has many choices but my wife and I opted for the Sinfonia Di Paste ($22.95) three daily pastas (all you care to eat). We also had a nice bottle of wine...from a list all priced at $25. I... More

Stumbled upon this place as thought we'd try a restaurant without looking at TA or rough guide and really enjoyed it. We both had swordfish which was lovely, wish we'd ordered some extra veg, Caesar salad started is included. Mexican waiter was a bit difficult to understand but the service was very good. All dishes other diners had looked tasty.... More

Looking for an Italian restaurant after Sunday theater matinee we stopped at Becco in restaurant row, 46th Street. Good choice. The place was pretty crowded but we were able to get a table and enjoy very good food. Somewhat pricey, the service, presentation and food made it worthwhile. Do not miss the whole Branzino fish. I recommend the place and... More

We visited Becco on our way to a broadway show. My friend booked a table for 615pm however we didn't get seated until almost 7pm. We went for the pasta deal which was fab - such a good concept - you have unlimited portions of the 3 pastas of the day, all freshly cooked. If it wasn't for the wait,... More

I went to Becco for my only dinner out in NYC and I have to say it was amazing! We started off at the bar and enjoyed bread and olives with out drinks. Once the table was ready, we were taken to a small terrace on the second floor. We ended up going with the 3 pastas (that day there... More

Last night, I just needed a pasta fix. After checking out reviews of local (East Side) places, we decided to go to Becco, a taxi ride away. Craving pasta, I ordered the Sinfonia de Pasta, and it was wonderful. The assortment was spaghetti and tomato/basil sauce, mushroom ravioli, and orecchiette with cauliflower and bacon. Heaven on a plate. The vibe... More

This reasturant is good compare to the other reasturant in America... The appetizer was a nice idea and good and the three kind of pasta was good.. The linguine with clams was good but nothing special.. It taste like white pasta with clams... The gnocchi was good and pasta with tomato sauce was good... Price was ok for all you... More

Recently visited BECCO...on West 46th Street..think it was our 4th visit.. Obviously, love Lidia Bastianich's cooking and staff.. Prefer to sit in the rear, but it's really nit about the table location. It's all about the food..Whether you go there for lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed. There is always a 3 Daily Pasta Preparation (Sinfonia di Paste)..... More

I have to admit this from the start, this is the place I always recommend to anybody going to New York City whether it is their first time or their 51st. The hosts/hostesses will greet you with a warm smile and the waitstaff are amiable, knowledgeable and always willing to proffer a suggestion. The menu is quite varied with a... More

The food at Becco was excellent, the value good, and the company terrific. We prefer the tables in the back in the Atrium. Ask for them if they are available.
