Went here with my partner. Excellent food and great selection. The wait staff is super, and wines reasonable. It is a bit cramped, but otherwise well worth it.

Let me tart by saying I have been coming to Becco since it opened quite a while ago. One of the things I always liked about entertaining here is the fact there is a lot of food selections as well as their famous 3 pasta special! It is usually a great place to go with finicky eaters or people who... More

We had a table overlooking the street which is the best people watching experience. The pasta special was amazing. And you can't beat the selection of excellent wines for $25/bottle!

This is the best pasta meal and deal in NYC. You get three unique pasta dishes - always different -always outstanding...and they are "all you can eat" it also comes with antipasta or Caesar salad and dessert....but I've never had room for dessert after the pasta. It is so good. Try to go during the week. They never have reservations... More

A terrific restaurant in the Theater District. Owned by author and television personality Lidia Bastianich & her son Joe. Outstanding pasta and entrees. I have never been disappointed. They serve a 3 pasta special daily.

Book in advance. I've been there 3 times and will always go back when visiting NYC. It's just perfect and very reasonable and not arrogant. Go relax, and spend a couple of hours with a bottle or 2 of wine, spectacular meal, and dessert before a show. The earlier the more likely you will get a table upstairs (more elbown... More

Ok, it doesn't take a genius to find good Italian food in NYC. At Becco, the food is delicious, but what set it apart for us was the variety of dishes on the menu, some not so traditional (like pulled pork), and the option for a "symphony of pasta" letting you choose as much or as little as you would... Found this restaurant our first night in NYC. The restaurant is on 46th. St and 8th ave. kind of like a Hells Kitchen restaurant row. We were staying on 48th and 8th so we could see the street from our apt. All of these restaurants are in the basement of these row houses. Becco was the exact type of restaurant... More

I wrote a review a week or so ago and still have not seen it posted so here it is again. A friend told me that is is no coindidence that a bad review does not get posted but I'd like to believe that trip advisor is a reliable and trustworthy source. Unfortunately our experience was not as others have... More

My friend & I enjoyed our before Theatre meal & loved the convenience of walking to the show. (and saving on cab fare). We shared a caprese salad appetizer (comes in 2 sizes) and opted for the pasta trio which they are known for. Three waiters came together with large pans of each type. It's unlimited but we had no...
