A neighborhood staple for almost 35 years the Esposito family continues the tradition of sparing nothing to provide only the highest quality ingredients in all Cortile dishes. One of the better choices in Little Italy

The inner Garden Room is a very pretty place to eat. The service is fine and the food, while nowhere near the best in NYC, is satisfying and very good. Overall, you will have a good experience here. If you are dining in Little Italy, this is one of the better choices.

What a fun place to soak in the Little Italy ambience! We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful Saturday evening on Mulberry Street. Yummy food, delicious wine, and completely entertaining service! We loved Giuseppe and Fabritzio- hilarious stories and antics. :)

Located on Mulberry Street. Beautiful setting. Outdoor dining. Most delicious food we have had on our vacation. Staff are so friendly. Giuesseppe was so handsome and so funny and entertaining. 5 star rating for sure.

Visited after checking reviews on trip advisor, am so sorry I didn't just turn up to little Italy and go on instinct. Small menu, high prices, no drinks menu so beware...$10 for a tiny glass of basic Pinot Grigio which was luke warm. Pasta was ok but seriously overpriced. Try somewhere else. :-(

We stopped in and had a lovely lunch. The glass atrium seating area is adorable, the food was great, and the wait staff was so fun!

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
