We dined here after a long walk in the cold rain. It is a loud diner scene with basic drinks and staple food options. The lamb shank was one of the best we have had; the streak frites was solid as well. The service was excellent. Not sure I would go out of the way to dine here again, but... More

My husband and I enjoyed Odeon thoroughly. We had the French onion soup and the wonderful tuna burger. It was astoundingly delicious. We also shared a pear sorbet, two spoons. Doesn't get more delicious or romantic than this!!!!

The Odeon is a Tribeca standard that used to be a go to joint for the glitterati in the 80’s and 90’s and as such, has a fun atmosphere. Sadly, it seems to have been going on momentum for a while. Food is not adequate but not particularly interesting. Lots of standard dishes on the menu which, although well prepared... More

Enjoyed a great meal here on Thanksgiving afternoon. Despite the restaurant becoming busier as the afternoon went into evening, the service was attentive and top-notch. The food was very good and the ambience was terrific - old woods, Art Deco lights, etc. The bread pudding dessert is divine - not as heavy as at most places, highly recommend it. I'll... More

We headed to The Odeon on a Thursday night for dinner, and weren't surprised that there was a wait. But, we kept waiting and waiting, and people getting getting seated, so I thought our name had been missed. I explained to the host that we had waited over the estimated time and would head somewhere if we needed to. They... More

Located just off Broadway by the financial district, the food is delicious and the ambiance very comfortable for conversation. The tuna burger is a favorite of our son's. The squash tortellini's were the best I've had outside of Italy, and my husband loved the baked applewood smoked salmon. The Malbec we had was delicious. We lucked out with getting a... More

The Odeon is a charming French inspired restaurant. We had a great Saturday morning brunch here. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! A combination of delicious food, great service, and charming atmosphere make this an excellent restaurant! I highly recommend it.

Just went for drinks with a friend. Restaurant was not over crowded, music not too loud...result was a nice place to hang out, have a drink and talk. I will return.

If you're thinking of turning into a nighthawk at the diner, you could do worse than this former Warhol favourite. Iconic, stylish and does a mean bloody mary.
