Great food. Average service and setting. There are much better sushi paces in town that give you are better dining experience for this price. Surprisingly empty for a mid town restaurant.

The food is average, the service also average. Left feeling like what is all the hype about? Above our table the aircon was dripping and there was mold on the ceiling. I do not expect this from a high end establishment. If you want good sushi (without the ice buddah) rather go to Sushi Nakawaza. That was fab!

This was one of the most memorable, fantastically unique and delicious meals of my life. I am a sushi fanatic, to the point of watching sushi documentaries... this made me feel like I was the star of one! The breadth and quality of the sushi and the many other options on the menu, the atmosphere and the service all exceeded... More

We eat sushi regularly and were excited to try Megu (at least my husband's been wanting to try it for a few years). We were so disappointed in our meal, despite the service being top-notch. The food was bland or way too oily (the Asian Salad on the Omakase menu, in particular). We left smelling like oily beef and without... More

We made last minute reservations for an early time and it was restaurant week. Most wonderful meal in all ways, food, ambiance and service. Had the shrimp appetizer and the flaming Kobe beef. Best I've ever had. Dessert was a bit uninspired but by then, it was not that important. Glass of wine was a bit pricey but very good.

This is my second visit to Megu. The first time was almost 2 years back and I enjoyed it but had nothing to rave about. This time however I have to say, it was incredible. We put a nice selection from the a-la-carte menu together so we could sample and try as many dished possible. Presentation of the food is... More

had a delicious dinner at megu where everything was enjoyed by our group. we had about six assorted hand rolls as well as a few different appetizers. it wasn't the best sushi ever, but it was really good. the shrimp appetizer was really tasty. the goat cheese appetizer was good too but a bit of an odd flavor combination with... Ok the place is nicely decorated and clean but the over priced Kobe and sushi not worth it. I guess that is what you pay for ..the ice sculpture. The service was not that great either. The place was empty at 9pm on a Friday Night.... Did we miss the memo.......I wish I could say more. Jerry Ehrlich from the... More

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday, and it certainly was a memorable experience. When you first come downstairs, the first thing you notice is exceptional design. There's an ice Buddha sculpture in the center of the dining room "floating" in water and rose petals— it's absolutely beautiful. The food can be described as modern Japanese cuisine offering sushi,... More
