Never in my life have I ever had Alfredo sauce that melted in my mouth the way it does here!! There is NO other Italian restaurant anywhere that can hold a candle to Benito's II. Don't deny yourself of this great pleasure!!

The place is situated in the heart of little Italy. It has a cosy Italian-family like atmosphere. Food is good, service is friendly.

The seating is a little cramped, but this is NYC. It is warn and older, so don't expect a fancy dining experience. You come here for the food. My party shared the eggplant appetizer and it was cheesy and not too strong. A *big* winner. I got the mushroom ravioli and it was delicious, the mushrooms were not too strong.... More

After ready reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, but my husband and I had a great experience! It was nice and warm on a cold night, the waiter was lovely and the Rice Balls and Gnocci were both delicious! I would recommend it and go back next time I'm in NYC!

I felt really ripped off after eating here. The quality of the food was not even Olive Garden standards, the refills on sodas were not free and the side item is potatoes, and a half-cup of pasta as a substitute is an upcharge. Silverware was dirty, place was old (not in a charming way). I was very disappointed. Little Italy... More

Always a great meal at a most reasonable price, Benito II on Mulberry Street in New York's Little Italy is a gem in a treasure chest. The service is superb and friendly. The music's fun. Come on, how could anyone not appreciate Dean Martin's "That's Amore" during an Italian dinner. The real thrill comes when the food arrives. Hands down,... More

my wife and I loved this restaurant, what a disapointment last week when we visited NEW YORK CITY and headed out to little italy to enjoy the best italian meal in town. But hate to be the one to tell everyone it's empty, no longer in business. WHAT A LOSS. If anyone knows where the chief is cooking now please... More

Just OK food, service was prompt and helpful. They had a come-on with free glass of wine and salad but really had to push the waiter to bring these. He wanted to sell the more expensive options. Cash only is inconvenient but the prices are good as an offset to that.

Our family of five recently had dinner at Benito's II in Little Italy. As we navigated down Mulberry Street, we tended to steer away from the places that had hawkers outside (which were the majority of places) because we felt that they needed to drum up business. There were quite a few people in Benito's II so, based on that... More
