My wife and I were very well taken care of, from the moment we stepped inside. Excellent fare. And the main course was served as it seldom is: piping hot!

We stumbled on Ecco by accident as we were travelling to visit family in NY. The Restaurant is a Classic Italian gem in the City, hidden away on 124 Chambers Street, it was so good, we booked it for our last night in the City. The food was exquisite served by the classic themed Italian waiters - Parmesan cheese, olives... More

Classic NYC Italian restaurant. The service was very good and the food was delicious. If you want to experience classic Italian food the this is the place to visit.

Just had an amazing dinner here. Ate on my own as here in nyc on business and the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Absolutely gorgeous lobster ravioli. Would highly recommend if staying in this area.

14 of us went to dinner here. The service was quite good and we ordered off of the full menu which is always a challenge for any restaurant. They did a nice job for us. The food prices were on the high side and the portions were nice. My pasta starter was a bit less than authentic in terms of... More

We were in NYC for one night, staying near the 9/11 museum. We asked the hotel concierge for a dinner recommendation and he sent us to Ecco. Great recommendation. The food is very good; the service might even be better. The wine list was fairly extensive but contained some reasonably priced choices. We had pasta and veal---yummy! The restaurant is... More

What a pleasant surprise. My husband and I were staying at the Smyth Hotel and couldn’t be bothered catching a taxi anywhere or walking too far in the cold so we decided to walk down Chambers street and see what we could find. We walked into Ecco, which did not look like much from the street however once we walked... More

This is a great spot if you are looking for Italian food in the Chambers St area. This place is like an oasis compared with the other restaurants in the area. Beautifully appointed with gleaming wood. Whte tablecloths. The food and service were wonderful.

If you're looking for good Italian dining in Tribeca, Ecco's just the ticket. Filled with atmosphere and with excellent service, Ecco is an obvious choice if you're staying at the Cosmopolitan across the street and it's also worth coming to south Manhattan for. Our family of five enjoyed two a la carte dishes - some from the Menu of the... More
