I booked this restaurant through Open table after reading the reviews on tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service the ambience and the wine. A most memorable evening out! Although the dresscode is business/casual some of the cliental were wearing short sleeved shirts and did not look very business like to us. more

My meal at Gramercy Tavern (restaurant side) made me wonder why this restaurant is so popular that you need to make reservations a month in advance for a Saturday night. We had the $86 prix fixe ...and while the food was very good it wasn't anything particularly memorable or creative, though the chocolate zucchini bread for dessert was yummy...IMHO not... more

We went to this restaurant as part of my 50th birthday celebrations and I can honestly say that it was the best meal I have ever had the staff are lovely surroundings lovely please if you are going to NYC for a special event book this online before you go!!!! more

Gramercy Tavern is an excellent and well-known restaurant in NYC. Definitely one of the best for American cuisine in Manhattan. Gramercy Tavern is always rated high by Zagat as well. We all had the 3 course menu from the dinner menu, $86 per person. To begin with they bring you rolls with butter which are THE best rolls we've all ever had, olive rolls, beautiful.
