At Rouge, Something seems to be missing. The fare is nice, but lacking, and the service is quick, but annoyingly just-off-tempo. There isn't anything particularly wrong, but it seems like the whole experience could be a little better. The outdoor seating is wonderful, and the location is great for an evening meal in the summer, expecially after a long wander... more
