Definitely a great place to go for dessert! There is usually a wait but you can put your name down and then come back when it's close to your time. You'll just want to stop in and put your name in BEFORE you're ready for dessert :) We had an hour wait and used the time to go to the... More

We walked in just as it opened. It is like tasty diner food. My husband liked his burger, and my turkey sandwich was good. My daughter got a shake. The decor is cute and cramped. The reason I wouldn't bother going back is that it's overpriced diner food. $15 dollars for a turkey sandwich with no sides, and $10 for... More

My wife took two granddaughters as son and another son and a daughter here after dinner last night. They laughed and enjoyed just a great, great time. It will not be the last time that we will go here and create memories for our family!

We went here on our recent visit to New York city. Serendipity was highly recommend so we had to try the "Frozen Hot Chocolate" . We also got and order of nachos and split them. The food was good and the ambience was very fun. I think this is one of those places you have to go once and not... More

this is the cutest restaurant ever! Noted for its chocolate desserts and drinks, this place has the best burgers. At our table 3 burgers and 1 turkey sandwich. All were unique and delicious. Our server Justin was attentive and helpful. The ambiance is cutesy and appropriate! Would definitely return.

The decorations are great very different. There was twirling lights the whole time we were eating on my daughters shirt. The menu has a lot of options. We had to have the frozen hot chocolate that was delicious. My blt was very good. My daughter didn't like her chicken salad in djon dressing. The steps are very steep going upstairs... More

We visited on a Sunday night at 11:30 for a snack, and there was still a half hour wait. The atmosphere is really cool, and we all loved our desserts. We had the frozen hot chocolate, cheese cake, and just plain ice cream, and even that was yummy! As to be expected in NYC, they have a tiny and dirty... More

I had not been to NYC in 10 years and I had previously unsuccessfully tried to get in Serendipity's multiple times. This trip it finally happened! It was a Weds. evening and we were able to walk right in! We were seated upstairs and I had the iconic Frozen Hot Chocolate and my husband had the Mocha Frozen Hot Chocolate.... More

Not sure about the food, but the desserts OMG... My wife wanted to try the sweets because she was told about their frozen hot chocolate. We tried it and it was very good, but we also tried the Forbidden Broadway Sundae. Definitely forbidden! There was a 2 hour waiting list, but it gave us time to go do something else... More

If you are a fan of the film you must visit serendipity! We were so excited to just be there! I read all sorts of queue horror stories but we only waited 5 minutes for a table at 2 pm in January. The café was just as I expected to be, and thankfully we weren't the only ones taking pictures... More
