I've dined frequently over the past five years at Aureole, and it is always wonderful! Creative and high-quality food. Foie gras and lobster preparations are nothing less than brilliant. Service is always very attentive. Sommelier is very knowledgeable. Extensive wine list. more

I found it a little pretentious. The food was good and service was technically precise, just a little stuffy. Probably good for an older demographic, maybe someone that wants to impress their 3rd wife. more

I can't say I hated it but was surprised that several courses were underseasoned and a couple of items were overcooked. I was disappointed because I had such high expectations. Wine pairings were perfect and saved the meal - so did the filet mignon by the way, which was the best course of the 6. more
