We ended a few hours at the Museum of Natural History by needing something to eat - fast. Had passed by Chirping Chicken a couple of times so decided to try it out for a late lunch. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Order at the counter, grab a seat (maybe shared space), and food is brought to you. I had... More

Been picking up some Greek chicken platters here whenever I'm staying in NY. Recommended by hotel stuff actually for their baby back ribs, but so far I have given these a miss. Wide variety of chicken dishes, but also the obvious burger platters. The Greek platter comes with some pita bread, rice and salad. As mentioned by other reviewers this... More

I have been to New York several times now and I guarantee that chirping chickens was one of the best. The chicken's best feature is the tenderness and it just melts in your mouth. The sause is amazing and the salad is spectacular. It is a real precious sacrifice of the chickens, and we should regret 'The Chickens do NOTHING!!'... More

The Chirping Chicken was a fun place to eat for a quick meal at reasonable prices. Needless to say, the chicken meals were very tasty. Supported by local New Yorkers and families.

This was a really nice place but super busy and quite a wait for take out. This was made worse as my partners pork slovaki was raw in the middle as we discovered once back at the hotel.:( never the less popped back the next day and tried some other dishes and they were excellent.

It was a joke when we first walked past it on way to Serefinas to eat our first night, but it was packed all the time and my sweetie loved it. He ate there while I was running the marathon and the policemen at next table said they drove in from the Bronx to eat there. Always packed, a good... More

Was on the Upper West walking around and needed a quick bite. Saw the lines and activity at the CC and stopped in. The roasted chicken is awesome; moist and a lot of flavors. Good sides, including potato salad. Many police officers were stopping in for their meals, which says something. Total bill was under $15 which is impressive for... More

It is what it is: good roasted chicken at a fair price, served quick. They also have a lot more on the menu than just chicken, which is amazing given the size of the kitchen. Great but healthy fast food.

On the corner of 77th and Amsterdam Avenue is a great fast food restaurant without door tables, fast service and good quality food. After ordering your meal, you are given card with a number and then you take a seat. Within a few minutes, your order is delivered. The restaurant has a wide range of food to select from including...
