It has taken us just over two years to get back to Pappardella and food wise we were not disappointed. Once again we all enjoyed our meals. The only problem was because it was a Saturday night, the restaurant was very busy and the service was not quite as good as last time. Also it was very noisy and that... More

We booked this Italian restaurant on line before flying to New York, knew it was a set menu and reserved a table for 8pm. The outside is pretty with seating. The receptionist said our voucher was to be used before 8 pm so could we come back. Explained it was our last night in New York and she let us... More

If you want a quiet satisfying Italian restaurant, this is it. The place is not that large. The food while not super gourmet, it is quite well prepared and delicious.

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon. It was nice to sit outside. The room was pretty interesting as well. Then the food came, eventually. The pasta was very salty so it was hard to judge any flavor. I asked for a glass of wine from three different people. The service was particularly bad. Skip this.

Went there for lunch with a company of 3 for lunch with no reservation. We got seated immediately, the food arrived quickly at excellent quality. Loved every dish. Great location, service, atmosphere, will definitely visit again when I revisit NY.

We recently visited Pappardella after seeing it advertised on Travelzoo. A few friends and I decided to purchase the deal (brunch for 2 and unlimited mimosas, bellinis or bloody marys). I made sure to book our reservation in advance. We were the first people in the restaurant for brunch. We had 6 at our table and 2 vouchers for the... More

Sunday night dinner... the restaurant was packed at 8 p.m. Noise level initially a little high because of enthusiastic guests... but it settled down. Attentive staff. Immediately seated at reservation time. Started with fresh mozzarela and peppers,. Large portion delicious. Second starter were two large ravioli in a truffle mushroom cream. Excellent. Both of us had the filet mignon. Cooked... More
