Great food, delicious Bloody Mary!

One great thing about Jane is that they are one of the few fabulous restaurants for brunch that also take reservations. We were seated quickly and enjoyed delicious eggs Benedict and a tasty Bloody Mary. The breads and pastries were also delicious. I will definitely return!

Decent breakfast food but nothing amazing. The server was really nice and they moved us to a table by the window when we asked to get away from the crunched two top in the corner. Honestly, the food reminds me of it's sister restaurant The Smith: safe. They don't take too many chances.

We had dinner there, I can tell it was of one most delicious we had in NY. The main dishes are most between $20-30. Service is really good, nice music, Jane has a rather romantic atmosphere. Starters and wine glass a bit pricey, but it seems to be anywhere in NY.

Had Saturday brunch here recently. The food is excellent, service is very good - no complaints there. However, it's a very loud space when crowded (which it was) (main floor) and even though we had a reservation (and we arrived on time), we were seated about 25 minutes late. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but... More

We were going to a "gig" at Madame X's for an a cappella group, and needed someplace quick for dinner. Had low expectations because we couldn't be choosy. Wow! Were we surprised! The whole package at Jane is delightful. We mentioned that we had about 45 minutes for dinner (it was a Tuesday evening at about 6:45) and they accommodated... More

Came here for brunch with a friend. Glad I made reservations because this place gets packed and the wait could be a while! I think there's a rule that you can't serve alcohol at brunch til after 12, so luckily I made reservations at 11:30 and just asked the waitress to serve the drinks until after 12 haha. This way,... I was very pleasantly surprised by the superb quality of the meal my girlfriend and I had at Jane, which we knew little about in advance. As a starter, I had a Kale salad that was one of the most delicious and novel dishes I've had in recent memory. The tender bits of Kale were mixed with just the right... More

Eight friends met here for what turned out to be a fantastic brunch. The service was some of the best I've experienced in a long time. The food was equally as good, The menu has the typical brunchy items as well as some very nice lunch items. I had the Tuna salad - fresh tuna done up Nicoise style. The... More

Jane was a very good surprise for us, our friends and their 2 children. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was excellent! Children are more than welcome: they will be greated with highchairs and coloring.
