I had always wanted to go to one of Bobby Flay's restaurants and I was not disappointed. The bread at the beginning was absolutely delicious. There were probably 4 different kinds including corn bread which was awesome. The meals are small but delicious and the plates are very pretty. I had the rabbit which was awesome. The only weird thing... More

A friend of mine and I were in town for a day of culture, and decided to try out Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. We were extremely impressed with the food, drinks and service. Our sense was that was a great meal, in a nice but not formal environment. We ordered the southwest chicken skewers and blue corn pancakes with duck... More

Bobby Flay has been on of my favorite celebrity chefs for years, so when we were in NY this past summer, I was excited to eat at one of his restaurants for the first time. I got a steak, and it was good, but it certainly was not $50 good. The side dishes, which were over priced because everything is... More

As of September 1 The Mesa Grill is closed because they could not renew their lease. I had to write one last review because we ate there two days before the restaurant shut the doors after being in business since 1991. I have to say, this was one of my most enjoyable meals. There are not many restaurants that do... More

Had a reservation for 8.15 for 2 people on sunday evening. We were told that they were running 30 minutes late on reservations. Told the hostess that we were starving and the only response was that we could get a drink at the bar. We had to go twice and ask the hostess about our table after waiting 45 mins.... More

Our first brunch at the Mesa Grill was excellent: unusual southwestern flavors enhanced traditional fare and the service was excellent. The last two years, we have been disappointed: food was barely warm, flavors were bland, service was mediocre - only prices remained above average. I would no longer recommend this restaurant to friends for brunch.

My son and I had lunch at Mesa Grill for my B Day in NYC. My son had the burger and southwest fries which he loved! He said it was one of the best burgers he has ever had. I sampled his fries and they were among the best I have ever had. I had the Chili Rellenos and was... More

We ate at the Mesa Grill and had a wonderful meal. Sadly, I hear the Mesa Grill is closing shortly. I believe they're going to relocate. The rabbit, tuna and salmon dishes were great. They have an excellent bartender and good wine list! Somewhat pricey but it is Bobby Flay's! All hail, Iron Chef!

We have dined at Mesa Grill several times for Brunch but never for dinner. We were not disappointed! It was wonderful with that southwest flair from beginning to end. Always try the wonderful corn bread with blue cornmeal.....to die for!!!!! The desserts are so interesting that one just has to order one. This place is fun and upbeat with fabulous... More
