In the UK we have a nice, steady chain of noodle eateries called Wagamama. This is very similar in price and quality. We had a nice lunch. Nice and speedy service.

I ate here for the first time on Sunday 8/24 and I am glad we didnt pass by. If you like east asian cuisine you will not be disappointed. I had the fried wontons which were not like any others i had and they were delicious from the first bite to the last. I ordered the chicken pad thai and... More

This is my go to place especially with friends that aren't very adventurous with Asian food. Somehow their food is authentic enough for a snob like me but safe enough for the burger and fires only crowd. Their drinks are very good so don't forget to get yourself a lychee martini!

This is one of my favorite spots when I need to grab a quick bite to eat. I always order the Vietnamese noodles (I'm a vegetarian) but my friend loves to order the grilled pork chops. It's fast and delicious but it's also very noisy and the tables are communal (some bigger than others). But i usually go alone and... More

We came here for a quick lunch before a Broadway show. There is a small patio outside which would be great in good weather. The interior is quite nice..very simple zen with a contemporary touch. The restaurant was not very busy and the service was nice and helpful with questions. The menu is very pan-asian (Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, Chinese ,... More

We were next door at the Heartland Brewery which got too loud with the World Cup game so we went next door to The Republic which has about 10 tables outside. The waiter said we had to order food to eat outside but relented as there was a table available. Anyhow we ordered the Pad Thai noodles ($15) and there... More

I used to come here for lunch between 2006-2007; I was never disappointed with their service or food but how many times can one possibly each Thai?

You really can't go wrong in this noodle place. Each one of the 'broth noodles' dishes are good. The dry noodle dishes are really good too. The Pad Thai was especially good and the Sauteed Beef Salad was good too. The ambiance is upbeat and it is a great place to meet friends.

Good portions and reasonable prices, but after an hour wait to be seated outside it was so disappointing to be served tasteless noodles. Other people's dishes did look better but the Vegetable curry I ordered lacked vegetables (oddly!), flavor and satisfaction.

We visited here based on a suggestion by the wonderful staff at our hotel (SIXTY SoHo)... great idea. Loved the dinner we had there. The setting was awesome too, very casual. Service was great, very attentive staff ensured a good experience. They serve excellent noodles and small plate appetizers. Great selection of drinks. Very relaxing. I'd go back there for... More
