I was looking for an inexpensive lunch to fill us up for a walk around Greenwich Village and this place fit the bill and met my expectations. Sandwiches were good if you find a combination you like. My teen and I did (Elvis and maple), my wife didn't (Seinfeld). Sandwiches came out quickly. Lunch was filling, at least for the... More

If you had told me that a sandwich made up of chicken, pineapple jam, chili peppers and PEANUT BUTTER would taste delicious, I would have thought you were crazy. Yet, that is exactly what I enjoyed at this fun, uber-casual sandwich spot near NYU. My college student son is a PB sandwich aficionado, and convinced me that we had to... More

Unique concept. A must try for any peanut butter lover. I tried the Elvis w/bacon and Black Forest cake-types... Both awesome. Will be back to try more of the unique sandwiches. Wish there were more around.

My friends and I happened upon this place while exploring Greenwich Village on a very hot day and we mainly wanted to just sit down somewhere and have a cool drink. It was around pm and we could see inside that tables were free and so in we went. Sure to its name, pretty much everything on the menu has... More

Only in NYC! Heading down for a Falafel, I come across this quaint little sandwich shop where the main ingredient is peanut butter! You will be surprised at the combinations that they have come up with. The shop is very sweet and takes you back in time, to the good old days! If you are a fan of peanut butter,... More

This has to be on your list of places to check out while in NYC for a few days. They have what their name is....PEANUT BUTTER. Make sure to try the ELVIS. This sandwich sounds funky but it's amazingly awesome. You won't be disappointed. There's not much space in this tiny place so be prepared to creatively maneuver some seats... More

I found PB & Co. online and thought it'd be a great place to try while exploring Greenwich Village. Turns out - I was right! They offer a great variety for different tastes: the Lunchbox special was a basic PBJ (grape jam/jelly), the rest of my family tried the Jerry Seinfeld (toasted bagel w/PB, honey & cinnamon), the Maple Bacon... It's what I wanted for my birthday. Grab a sandwich to go and eat in washington square park. I love the spicy peanut butter with chicken and pineapple jam. Just get a fluffernutter shake to wash it down.

If you are p & j lover this is your mecca! Peanut Butter & Co is a definate must for lunch in NYC. This cozy and quaint restaurant knows how to make the most scrumptious variations of the typically p and j. I had the Elvis which was beyond delicious. PB&Co was recommended as a fun, casual stop. Had the Mighty Maple Sandwich, delicious mix of salty & sweet. Most sandwiches range between 7-8$. Sandwich is served on white, whole wheat or vegan black bread with side of carrot sticks and potato chips. Wide array of PB to go (Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, Dark Chocolate Dreams, Bee's Knees, etc.). Small eatery... More
