How nice is it the hear when you ask for the gluten free menu, “you’re looking at it”. Literally everything on the menu is (or can be) gluten free (including the free breadsticks). We went two times in two days. The risotto’s are great as are the gluten free pizza’s. And the desserts.. I had the ‘milk pie’ (or something... More

I don't remember why we were in the West Village on a Saturday last October. But we were hungry and decided to try our luck on Bleecker Street. After all, there are many restaurants there, even if some of them are tourist traps/NYU student hang-outs with crazy long wait times (John's Pizzeria, anyone?). After walking up and down a bit,... What a jem! To get true Italian style pizza, fully gluten free. Blew my mind! The starter & side salads were also excellent, the staff lovely, the service great, AND they had the best selection of GF beer I've seen... well anywhere actually! Loved it. Wish I lived in NYC so I could go there all the time :)

This place makes the best risotto in New York. Despite the cramped quarters, Risotteria is the quintessential Greenwich Village experience.

We're from NC and were recommended to come here and I'm so glad we did. We had a amazing server (I wish I could remember his name, but he served us the evening of 6/14). I ordered the Gruyere, Shiitake & Arugula (G) Risotti and it was the best risotto I've ever had. The restaurant had such a nice vibe... More

The service and food was outstanding and at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and accommodative wait staff. We had a salad and panini and both were excellent. We highly recommend this establishment.

My wife and I ordered a pizza and they brought us a gluten free version without telling us. This means it was more expensive and the staff/mgmt refused to refund our money. Do not eat here!! Great choices all around this place to choose from that are honest.

I am normally indifferent towards risotto and usually always aim to eat gluten but this place was amazing. The stuff was so much fun and entertaining with great suggestions. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. All around amazing experience. It was the highlight of the night. This place deserves 10 stars!

Loved eating here. We passed by strolling around en just walked in. They had a seat for us, so lucky us :-). Best risotto ever. We almost felt like we were in Italy. Our one year old loved the breadsticks they served for free. Read an other comment about overcooked, but isn't that the whole thing with risotto?

We went to Risotteria for lunch and the gluten free pizza and bread stick was great. The restaurant had a great menu which featured a lot of gluten free food options and several gluten free beer options. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all Coeliacs. The staff were friendly and the service prompt.
