Went with friends on their recommendation. From start to finish the food and service was excellent, almost faultless apart from forgetting to bring the bread trolley which is part of the experience. They made up for it with an extra dessert and bread to take home. We would certainly recommend this restaurant and would go again when we are next... More

Food is absolutely perfect and service is exquisite. What else could you want for a restaurant? When you are going to a place like Bouley, the ambience is important too. They definitely need a renovation, the waiting room stinks, the furniture is pretentious and taste less, the only beautiful thing is the big flowers painted on the wall, remind me... More

The French do food well and no one does French food better the Daniel Bouley. I have had the good fortune to dine in some incredible French Restaurants and this is up there for me. I do not go out to eat for ambience. I do not go out to eat for the wine. I go out to eat to... More

My husband and I were looking to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary in style at one of New York's high end restaurant. We managed to get reservation at Bouley via open tables. The ambiance and service were excellent. The little surprises they serve between meals were a very nice touch. It felt like we had a 6 course dinner vs... More

"I am an F&B manager for a boutique hotel in Costa Rica and this past trip to NYC was specifically designed around food. I went to other restaurants and tried different tasting menus but Bouley's left me speechless. The quality of the food, the subtleness of the flavors, the beautiful plating and the wonderful service made my experience at Bouley... More

The restaurant décor transports you somewhere else, its location in Tribeca is nice as well, but the interior is breathtaking, food and service did not disappoint, a bit expensive for what you received as far as portions go.

Bouley delivers a memorable experience. The decor is magnificent, creating an elegant and fresh ambiance that is unique and worth experiencing. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. The food is exquisitely presented, delicious, original and with healthy ingredients. It was wonderful to wake up the next day and not have the typical "food hangover" of too much fat, salt... More

A late lunch last week made me appreciate just how exceptional David Bouley's cooking is and what a real treat dining is here for so many reasons: the atmosphere, the service, the value, and the lack of pretense all whilst pushing good cooking to rare heights.

I was taking a client out for dinner and was looking for a high end/memorable experience. Many people recommended Bouley and I was excited to get a reservation. The restaurant is beautiful. The decor, the art in the dining room, the quiet music made you feel like you were carried away to a destination far from a busy NYC neighborhood.... More

First step to this restaurant with an impression of the decoration and layout of it all: science and beautifully. Quickly, we had a dinner table. The first tasting is done with Cape Cod Oysters and Wild King Salmon, a good start. Then we select appetizers: Organic Salad with White Rabbit Pruneaux d'Agen and New England Black Sea Bass and finally... More
