Their wine selection is superb. Every dish on the tasting menu was very good, the portions, a sensible amount and presentation very nice. One of the best meals we've ever had in NYC.

I have eaten at great places in several countries. Not only is Bouley up there with the absolute best of the best, but its lunch prix fixe tasting menu, at about $55 per person, might be the best value in fine dining experience that I have ever had. Frankly, I do not know how they produce such a fine meal... More

Locals know the deal! This is my favorite restaurant in all of New York. It is affordable and everything tastes excellent! The hardest part is choosing what to order. From bread to crumbs (Instead of soup to nuts), Chef David BOULEY has paid attention to detail. The sauces which mark the true French cooking is so wonderful, the flavors are... More

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. It was a sublime dining experience. We went for lunch and had the tasting menu, along with the paired wines. The service was quite remarkable. We were even given chocolates and cake to take home. A 'must' place to visit in NYC.

Today our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Bouley. As always the food and service here are nothing short of spectacular!! Jacque has his fine-tuned team always ready to offer you one of the finest dining experiences in New York. If I was looking for an elegant or special occasion restaurant in New York this would be it!

I've had the $55 lunch deal at Bouley. This is one of the best dining experiences that one can have in NYC and for that excellent price. Service is top notch and the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent and its a five course menu but there some extra little surprises. One remark - I don't find the... More

This is the best value high quality meal you will experience ANYWHERE ! Prix fixe menu for lunch at $55 is amazing and double that with matching wines for a memorable French/NYC dining experience. Two years since we have been in NYC and Bouley is as good as last time. This restaurant maintains the highest standards of service, whilst making... More

Impeccable service and innovative food are hallmarks here. But the dinner menu offers a limited number of choices; in the end it feels like we had to settle on a meal that might not have been our favorite. Given the high-end prices ($25 for a simple small green salad? Really?), I feel we can do better elsewhere. This was our... More

We had lunch again at Bouley's. It was as fantastic as the first time we ate there. For the quality of food and variety of dishes in the $55.00 prixe fixe menu, there simply is not a better bargain! It's five courses with several extra courses, as an amuse bouche, thrown in.

We had the Thanksgiving dinner at Bouley. The six course tasting menu was excellent and well prepared. The service is smooth and friendly. We ate at the dining room downstairs. It was quiet and cozy. The kitchen appeared to be overwhelmed. It was a memorable meal but took 3 hours and a half. This restaurant is worth while to experience... More
