I could not get reservations at Nobu so I ended up taking colleagues to Nobu Next Door which was perfect. They were visiting from Chicago. I got my normal the black cod while they selected appetizers and cocktails. I recall that we had edamame and another appetizer. I didn't take photos since it was a work meeting. Everything was wonderful,... More

We went for lunch on Sunday. They had a brunch menu with interesting takes on common American brunch ingredients, but we stuck with their every day menu. The sashimi was perhaps the highest quality I've had - delicious big eye tuna. Even the salmon, which I normally find the least interesting, was excellent. They obviously take great care with their... More

My husband and I were simply blown away by their food! Their famous dish black cod miso certainly lived up to the expectations and hype! We also ordered a whole mix of dishes based on the server's recommendations and they were all very tasty!

Nobu was awesome. Every dish we ordered was the best dish we had. The Fluke Sashimi with dried miso is a must. The Yellow sashimi with jalapeño - wow. It only kept getting better and better. The drink selection was awesome - try the spiced pear martini. It is delicious! The cucumber martini was good!! Just can't say enough. We... More

If you find that NOBU's is full, and you still fancy some good japanese food, then try the Next Door. It is more informal. and it is generally easier to get a table. There is quite a wide choice of dishes, and the quality of the food is good. It is cheaper then the big brother next door, but still... More

What could be better... oh yes the jalapeno sashimi. Have eaten in the one in London and was disappointed that they didn't have the chilli cocktail they have there but I needn't have worried the martini's were just amazing. Two down and you're on your way, so I hit the Sapparo beer and then the water because you don't want... More

Nobu has a well deserved reputation. This place lived up to it. Good atmosphere, good service, good food. BUT: portions were small on their sushi. A minor complaint given the freshness and quality of the fish.

We've eaten here several times over the years for special occasions and usually select the tasting menu. It is really special. While each item may be small, the aggregate is really quite substantial. They have wonderful sakis too. The food is incredibly complex even when seemingly simple. Decor is very subdued and calming, unlike the flagship Nobu (which is in... More
