After several friends and relatives had been to Minetta we finally had our chance to visit. Everything was outstanding including the service. Can't wait to return.

I went to this nyc landmark for dinner and it was a good dinner. Definitely not a cheap dinner but that's to be expected. My wife got the veal porterhouse which was pretty divine I went with the burger such was frankly just eh.. Drinks were very good and maybe next time I should get the cote du boeuf for... More

So, this was a destination to try the legendary Minetta Tavern burger and have lunch at this in spot. The place has a great vibe and exudes history and our server was wonderful, great dry sense of humour, a bit sardonic and attentive. I ordered the caesar since this was brunch and it was fantastic, another one was in order.... More

We wanted to go here when we were in town last year but it was closed so this year we made sure we went on a day that it was open. My bf was so excited to try the french dip sandwich after hearing such good things about it. We reserved a table weeks in advance but when we got... More

Had the Burger.... it was pretty good, steak sandwich it was ok. $16.00 bloody mary was very good. its a cool place but spending $126.00 for brunch with pretty good food? This place is way over rated like many in the city. If you have the means, its somewhere to go. If you like really good food you wont go... More

It had been 25 years since dining at Minetta Tavern, having had, if memory serves correctly, a bowl of spaghetti and house red wine in a jelly glass. The Minetta Tavern had served as a staple for those of us visiting the Village , wanting a good basic Italian meal. So on Monday night, hungry from not eating at the... More

This place does have great burgers and it's worth trying. But it's a great burger in a city with arguably several contenders for the best. The real meat test is the cote de boeuf and they do it beautifully, easily best in the city. Plus it comes with 2 bone marrows! Get it with the aligot and a few starters... More

Don't be afraid to walk in the door since the outside facade is unimpressive. The bar is complete with excellent bartenders. The ambience is cosy old school steakhouse. The food was delicious. The beet salad is one of the best we have had. The lamb shoulder is tend and juicy. Don't miss the potatoes. Yummy.

Definitely the best burgers in New York. The restaurant was very busy, so definitely book in advance. The deco was very old school diner with booths. Service was excellent and couldn't fault anything. Would recommend if you like burgers, brunch and basically good food.
