In the heart of Greenwich Village, on Bleeker Street, this place make artisanal "Argentine gelato" that is 100% gluten free and 100% delicious. We aren't sure what "Argentine gelato" might be or how it differs from other kinds of gelato....and we don't care. It's great stuff. We were here after lunch.

Hoo-ha! Expensive (something like $4.50 for a cup of ice cream) but truly delicious! Try the dulce de leche (the owner is from Argentina, home of that great flavor). Bright sunny setting to sit and enjoy really rich and delicious ice cream (life is too short to settle for crummy ice cream!).

Very friendly service. Unique flavors you are encouraged to sample. Ice cream is creamy and satisfying. Loved the coffee mocha chip and dark chocolate. Definitely worth the trip.

No reason not to try this place. Lots of fun and unique choices. Will not disappoint. Prices comparable to other similar ice cream and gelato places. Will be back!

If you've had good Brazilian ice cream and sorbets then you know why Cones is so good. The owner is clearly a Carioca or Paulista and knows what he is doing. They're generous with samples. I always end up getting the same thing but taste my way into temptations. Enjoy!

Saw this place next door to Jim's Pizzeria a decided to give it a try. Great find! Tried the kumquat ice cream with the Johnny Walker Black in it. This was unique and delicious. Definitely worth the premium price

Fell in by accident after dinner at AOC down the street. The white chocolate was unlike any I have ever had, as was the dulce de leche with chips. They have sorbet, they have unique but not bizarre flavors, (well, maybe the flavor made with Johnnie Walker Black is a little over the top). Go here, and check out the... More
