The cuisine is exceptional and the service impeccable. However the atmosphere in this very popular restaurant is diminished by over crowding, particularly downstairs. The upstairs is more suitable for romantic or business occasions. Go to Babbo for the food and wine, not the atmosphere, and you will have a gastronomically rewarding experience. more

Making a reservation is a farce. The system doesn't work (intentionally, I think) so the line stays busy. I tried calling on three different phones to make sure it was not my phone - it isn't. My husband and I have traveled throughout Italy extensively. The food was good, but not necessarily worth the hype. The music selection was obnoxious. I enjoy all types of music, but when you think Italian you don't expect to listen to Heavy Rock music. Service was excellent though. Wasn't good enough to go back next time I am in town more
