Oysters, martinis, perfectly grilled fish, great staff...enough said.... And don't forget dessert. A winning experience that never stops. In the past 12 months we have dined here 8 times and they never miss a beat.

This was our 4th or 5th time here. Requested an inside seat due to the cold weather - sat 'outside' last year and although there are heaters and the canopies are well made, it's still cold out there. Servers were excellent. Ordered the Seafood Plateau Royale - our usual. This time it was the best yet. Sea Urchin was available... More

You just can't beat the lobster Benedict and Teds bloody Mary's . If you are an oyster fan this is the place. Service is excellent and friendly. Sit on the porch and people watch. A must do when visiting the city.

We visited New York some days ago and based on our friends recommendation decided to have a dinner there on the 1st of January. No doubt, the food was great. Oysters, all kind of fish, desert, really oustanding. Fully recommend, taking into consideration this perspective. From other hand side service can rate only in between good and average. The biggest... More

I had the best soup ever, mushrooms and shrimps. I also loved the desert, chocolate cake with nuts, main dish, fish was just ok. But the waiters attitude were awful, it was almost like he was making fun of me or at least not in the mood to serve. He asked if I wanted water (sparkling or still), I said... More

We love this very busy, seafood restaurant! The oysters are always exceptional, and we also enjoyed our main courses, pan seared scallops with peekytoe crab risotto. I never eat dessert, but the coconut panna cotta with mango, papaya, and passionfruit was irresistible. My husband had the ice cream sampler, also a fabulous choice!

We're oyster fanatics and were told that the oysters at Aquagrill are amazing. While there was a broad selection to choose from, the overall experience was just average. Maybe our fault for setting our expectations too high, but we left feeling disappointed.

Wonderful meal and service on a busy Saturday night in NY City. Gio was our waiter and was terrific, as were all of the other sidemen tending to our every need. I ordered the Seared Tuna with Jasmine rice cakes and wok veggies in peanut sauce. It was a truly great meal. We had an oyster appetizer with 3 of... More

Aquagrill has reached the level of a SoHo institution. The seafood selection is second to none. You can depend on always fresh shellfish and fish. Great selection of oysters from both coasts. Fish dishes are delicious. The menu is diverse and never stale. Wine selection is first-rate and the bartenders will make you anything you like. Great friendly service too.... More
