Alas, the gourmet hot dog shop I once loved has closed its doors (the location that used to be by Union Square). Nothing else quite like it any more in NYC but I have fond memories of their home made sodas, baked waffle fries and french baguette hot dog buns, filled with delicious truffle sausage!

We went to this place on our last day before going back overseas which is very disappointing. When we arrived, we could see the sign that shows famous magazines etc that have mentioned this place. But... More

Our Food on Foot tour guide stopped by this spot and it was an interesting / good twist on Hot Dogs, we had one with Asparagus in lieu of beef that was great and you get to pick the sauce.
