Nice Libertador Brunch

We've been there for outdoor barbecue maneuver with the nice & a little windy weather but the food makes the difference, great juicy beef that was served hot and fresh salad was superb with fingerling potatoes that cooked perfectly blend. Great service too.

This dining room / bar was local to where we were staying and we dropped in on the recommendation of our host. Make no mistake, we enjoyed our stay immensely, but this is not where you go for an intimate dining experience. The establishment was very busy this New Year's day but we were well served on all counts that... More

We have had very good experiences here and we have had so, so ones. The food is pretty solid but at times the service lacks. We would go back however.

Been here once. I had a special Fillet Stroganoff which was great. My daughter had the lamb chops which were even better. Quick, friendly service. It was a great evening so we sat outside. Not too expensive.

Friendly bistro serving traditional Argentinian food. Good selection of native wines and some beer. We had a variety of chicken and beef dishes and all were very good. We watched Argentina in a world cup match and the place went nuts when they won- a very fun moment. Nice lunch menu as well.

We enjoyed our dinner, from appetizer to dessert- dulce de leche crepés! The atmosphere was busy, we sat outside. I would have some more affordable South American wines, a must for Argentinian food! Will go back!

My friend and I went to this restaurant on a recommendation from a colleague, and I could not agree more with their endorsement. The atmosphere is intimate with a rustic décor. There was seating at the bar to drink or eat, but it did not overwhelm the dinning experience. We arrived around 8:30 and just missed the Friday night rush.... More

Located on the corner of 2nd Ave and 89th Street in the Upper East Side, this Argentinian steak house is a must if you like your steak Latin American style. Small and intimate with outdoor seating for side walk dining during the warmer months, you’ll find that the aromas from the kitchen will entice you as you walk by. Good... More

The smells coming from the restaurant as well as inside the restaurant were wonderful. Food was very good. Inside the restaurant was cramped and very warm. I would however recommend the restaurant.

We dined outside on a warm New York night - a great place for people and dog watching. Fortunately we went early as the place quickly filled up. Service was quick and good. The food was great. We shared some wonderful grilled sweetbreads. I then had a really good skirt steak at a very reasonable price and my wife had... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
