I had not heard of this business- of the store or the truck. And I as a rule avoid food trucks but I walked by this cart, and wondered if they really make Austrian style food? I ordered the bratwurst, cucumber salad and potato salad. And yes- totally reminded me of my year living in Austria-buying the burenwursts from the... More

This location has since closed, and they are now located in Red Hook Brooklyn. The original location was the food truck, and it still roams the streets. Honestly I always preferred the truck to the store. It just tastes better. When I was applying for a job in mid-town a couple years ago the hiring manager asked if I could... More

Decent food, reasonable prices, but much too small and tight. The waitress was a foreign, non-Jew who struggled to speak English. It made it very difficult to order and get exactly what I wanted. Okay service.

Well, I tried this place for the first time last week and loved it! The schnitzel was very well cooked and crispy and the sides were heaping and delectable. For a quick order it was amazing!

Not very cosy. Dishes served in recyclable paper and plastic. Quality of schnitzel soso, more fast food and fat style instead of real schnitzel. Stuff not very friendly and for the quality you get it is too pricy.

This is essentially a take-out restaurant as there are only two tables that seat a total of eight. However, we were there for the food and the pork schnitzel was excellent. I got the special which was a schnitzel sandwich, side and drink for $10. That's a great deal for Manhattan! Your entree choices are basically five types of schnitzel... More

I was recently on a business trip in Germany and I had my share of Schnitzel! I just can't get enough of it and I hadn't had a quality schnitzel and all the sides since then. I recently tried out Schnitzel and Things and it was AMAZING! I would suggest it to anyone! If you can't make it to Germany... More

we had chicken schnitzel in a sandwich from the food truck at the WTC across from The Conrad hotel, long line up but the sandwich is so good, and it is huge, could feed 2 people, friendly staff!

The schnitzel and brats are fried to order meaning that they are always fresh and hot. The sandwiches are on really great ciabatta type rolls and the wide selection of sauces wraps up a really quality sandwich. The sides do not disappoint and my favorites are the really garlicky warm potato salad and the sauerkraut style red cabbage. Everything is... More
