A little gem in the big city.

I was wondering around the NoHo area to find a spot for dinner and came across Saxon and Parole while walking. We went in without a booking around 5:30pm and there was no-one in the restaurant and a few people at the bar. The food, was excellent. Between us we had the burger, carrot and ginger... read more

30 of your closest business associates have a great time at this place. Great apps and entree options for this big crowd.

I picked this place because it's almost across the street from the Bowery hotel which is great if you are staying there. You want to get a table in the back if you want a quieter experience away from the noise of the bar and entrance. Our waitress was very friendly and offered to let us try 3 different beers... More

One of my favorite NYC spots! My fiance and I always love to come here for a delicious meal and fun atmosphere. The drinks are great and the bone marrow is fantastic.

I was travelling to NYC for work and met a friend (a local) here for Sunday brunch and cocktails. The cocktails were awesome and it included a Bloody Mary bar .... you basically make your own. I was a little reluctant to do this but you can't go wrong. We also had a great brunch - I had eggs with... More

My girlfriends brought me here on Sunday night to celebrate my birthday. We are food snobs. The place is beautiful...pretty bar...cool lighting...very nice staff. Our server was Brian and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable and personable, he had a good time with us. We shared a bunch of different dishes which were all amazing. The cocktails were fabulous. The only negative... More

I want to start by saying that if this review were solely based upon food/drink quality and menu creativity this place would have received 5 stars. The server however made sure to sour the experience before we left the restaurant and subsequently left us all scratching our head. Six of us dined here for Brunch Saturday afternoon in celebration of... More

Rating 'average' for the atmosphere, menu and service. Food was good and well prepared but I wouldn't go back with so many other options out there in the east village. We were just here for dinner as a couple. Host was accommodating and friendly. He 'found' us a table. Upon getting led back to the one of many dining rooms... More

A very busy, young set eatery. About ten different types of oyster. Good bar area, which was very busy. Friendly staff and good wine. Food was good but can't remember what I ate.

I decided to have something to eat with some friends. Restaurant was full so we spent our evening at the bar where we had also food. Cocktails are super: prepared by a very nice group of bartenders, including a girl! Food is good from appetizers to the meat. A little expensive, worth the money. Only minor thing: when crowded it...
