Excellent reasonably price food!

Best stuffed grape leaves I have ever had in my life. EVER. The hummus, Baba ghanoush (eggplant & tahini) and tzatziki were all amazing. The mint iced tea was delicious. The falafel was very good, but next time I'd just stick with the 3 for $12 appetizers special. Would definitely visit again!

We tried the Hummus Place on 4/25/15. Hummus was super-whipped and not too tasty. Felafel sandwich was underwhelming- felafels were green? I always thought felafels were brownish. Sandwich itself filled with hummus, not tahini sauce- soggy. Wife's eggplant (in eggplant sandwich) greasy and not appetizing. We might give it a try on a future visit but were disappointed on this... More

Lunch and dinner options are all good. Warm spot on a winter day. Always friendly and fast. The eggplant is a fave. And who can say no to falafel?

We go to the Hummus Place every time we come to NYC. I love the eggplant sandwich (Sabich) and my husband loves the Shakshuka. The hummus is authentic and as good as anything you get in the Mideast because the people making it are Israeli.

I've lived in NYC for 6 months now and I eat out 3-4 nights per week... And I have to say if you like fresh, tasty, filling brunches that you don't have to feel guilty or feel like you had a "cheat meal" after, you need to go to this place... I now go every weekend so you'll see me... More

Great little place that has great tasting hummus, very fast, good service, and cheap. The portions are very generous too.

This little eatery is a delight! The food is well prepared and tasty. The hummus is creamy and delicious. We all enjoyed our meals immensely and the service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended but be warned, it is a popular place so you might have to wait for a table!

My wife and I went here for lunch. I had their hummus platter with the four different toppings. They were all excellent. My wife tried some kind of vegetable dish, but mostly she enjoyed sharing my hummus. I guess in a hummus place one should stick to hummus. Also, the service is efficient and friendly and the prices are very... More

My husband and I left NYC a couple of years ago to move to South Florida and we've been craving Hummus Place ever since. We flew in yesterday and stopped here on the way to our hotel. It was as great as we remembered. We had the Hummus Place Platter, which comes with all four of their toppings (tahini, mushrooms,... More
