So I found this place because we saw a lot of bicycle pizza delivery guys coming and going, when you are not from New York, and there is so much pizza to choose from this tells you something, a locals favorite. We got even more excited by seeing the Wall Street Journal review in the window and even more impressive... More

$4 slice of pepperoni pizza was cold, dry and tasteless. Pizzas just sit around all day and they just reheat slices when ordered hours later. Service was horrible. Lots of better choices in the area.

I like New York style pizza and wanted to try this place after reading positive reviews. I was staying at a hotel nearby so I gave it a try. I had two slices of cheese pizza, what the guy behind the counter called "plain", and I can see why. The pizza had little flavor, just completely lacked pizzazz (sorry). The... More

Can't fault the pizza, the base was thin and crispy, the tomato sauce was absolutely delicious, and the toppings generous but not over the top. Not the widest variety on offer but this is only because they stick to a small but excellent selection. Between us we tried a slice each of eight pizzas, and none were disappointing. The place... Really nice crispy slice. I had pepperoni, it was a tad oiley but really good. $3 for a cheese slice, $4 for 1 topping, not bad value, one slice is so big it was enough for lunch. You gotta do it while you're there!

This place was highly recommended, and did not disappoint! They had a large selection of different toppins, and the slices were huge! Just two is very filling! I had tomato and spinach, and also the hawaiin and enjoyed them both. Gets a little busy, but the line moves pretty fast!

I know, it's across from the Garden. And it's famous, but sorry forks the pizza was old, dry, and over salted. I just don't get most NYC pizza joints. The pizza sits there for hours until they warm up a slice or two for you.

We read that this was the best NYC pizza. It was decent. I’ve had much better. (I eat pizza a lot when I travel, as it’s my favorite quick lunch. I travel about 11 times a year spanning about 2.5 months total, including internationally.) There’s a lot of sauce on this pizza and the sauce was too salty in my... More

Stumbled upon this pizza place near Penn Station. Was looking for a great pizza place and found it here. Huge slices and definitely a place the locals visit. I would return for more!
