I love coming here late night for Dim Sum and I have never had a bed meal. The pork and crab soup dumplings are the best and you can tell that they are made fresh to order. The 'tiny' buns are anything but tiny and you made need two people to finish them off. All of the dishes are wonderful... More

Our food was fantastic! We ordered the soup dumplings after reading the many reviews that raved over them. They were so yummy! It was very much like the Dim Sum I tried 14 years ago in Chinatown. Juicy and tender on the inside!!! We also ordered the General Tso, scallion pancakes, garlic steamed veggies...amazing!!! Would def. recommend! Arrive early for... More

While in New York, we wanted to eat in Chinatown. I did some research and read that this was one of the restaurants to check out. I would say we were pleased. It was very crowded. We could have waited for a table or choose to sit at a larger table with others. We decided to sit with others. The... More

If you take all the good stuff that other reviewers have said about this place and rolled into one review, that was our experience. Service; friendly and quick. Dumplings excellent (including a lesson on how to eat them without wearing them). Food; rapidly delivered and very good. Portions; generous. Price; good for the location. In fact I scored this place... More

So I was walking through Chinatown being a tourist. Saw this sign for best soup dumplings in NYC. I received a friendly greeting and was sat immediately. Hot tea was brought to the table and I ordered the soup dumplings. The staff seemed a little annoyed that this was the only thing I ordered, but it was not busy. The... More

My veggies with garlic sauce was tasty. Veggies minimally cooked. Friendly wait staff. Downside...they put sugar in the sauce. I didn't asked for candied veggies. Still a good place for sitdown meal in Chinatown.

My wife and I visited this establishment on Saturday June 14, 2014. One of the dishes we ordered, Chicken and Chestnut ($13.95) had a weird taste. We were eating the chicken first and didn't notice any issues. Then we tried the chestnut and noticed that the chestnut was spoiled. We told the waiter and he took the dish over to... More

Omg fantastic soup dumplings, from the moment we sat down the service was fantastic. We came for the dumplings and we were not disappointed. The dumplings are succulent little morsels the soup was unbelievably full of flavor then biting into the dumplings was yum yum yum. We also tried the pork shoulder one of their specialities, and we were certainly... More

We did not like the food probably due to the high expectations since it is an authentic Chinese restaurant situated in Chinatown. The steam buns were small & the meat inside looked pink even though it was cooked? The price was not high but high for the poor qualities of food we got. The scallion pancakes didn't taste as good... Every time when someone from out of town comes to New York City, I take them to 4 5 6 because the food is consistent. I love the fresh steamed dumplings. All the people loved the food but some of the waiters are terrible. One waiter spilled tea on my colleague's jacket and just recently a waiter took a plate... More
