The best macarons, as if your in Paris!

The macarons are heaven sent! We visited the small storefront on Madison Ave, and fell in love with traditional French macarons! We actually ended up visiting several times during our few months in NYC. The staff was very friendly, helping with any questions we had regarding flavors or ingredients... read more

The macarons are heaven sent! We visited the small storefront on Madison Ave, and fell in love with traditional French macarons! We actually ended up visiting several times during our few months in NYC. The staff was very friendly, helping with any questions we had regarding flavors or ingredients. They are definitely worth the money, averaging around $2.80 per macaron.... More

My friend and I wanted to come here after hearing all the great reviews. The place is small, but not too small. It has a very cozy and authentic atmosphere. The macaroons were decently priced and were very good quality. We tried various flavors and they were all excellent. Would highly recommend!

Delicious macaroons and friendly staff..what more could you ask for? The Orange Blossom and the Strawberry candy flavors were the big hits in our group.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I cant believe what happened to us as a family of four. We were so excited to go to Ladurée because we are a huge fan of Macarons and have visited different stores who sell them, so we wanted to try the so called (famous) Ladurée..... After taking a taxi from the... More

The macarons are just like the originals in Paris. I would recommend the salted caramel. I would also recommend buying multiples for later. I believe they are completely worth the money and will visit the store each time that I visit New York. They are addicting!

Such a delight to sit and have tea and sorbet and, of course, delicious macarons. Reminds me of Paris!

Ladurée is a chain of French style salons de thé. This New York shop is more elegant than others in Paris. It is known for its macarons and its classical French style look.

When my husband goes to Paris, he always brings home for me a box of macarons from LaDuree. The macarons are to die for. The filling is light, with just the right amount of sweetness, and cookie is delicate to the bite. They come in a variety of flavors and are such a treat. This location opened in New York... More

My wife is a big fan of macaroons, so we planned to stop by Laduree on Madison. It was a rainy day, so the foot traffic was light and there was very little wait to be served. We chose a box of 6 macaroons for approx $20 (a typical price for macaroons). She loved them! If you are a fan... More

I'm a fan of almost all things French and got my first taste of macaroon perfection at the Paris location. On my recent visit to NYC I had a few hours to kill before my flight so I decided to head to the Soho location for brunch. I was seated in the back patio which was abloom with wonderful flowers.... Staying in Upper East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
