FANTASTIC! A NYC MUST!

Probably the best meal I've had in my three separate trips to NYC! Atmosphere here is awesome. Going through the lil' pawn shop to entire the resto is pretty unique and cool. Food/wine/drinks were all top notch for a pretty decent price (compared to really high end restos). Met Robert DeNiro! My... read more

We came here to celebrate my friends bday on a Friday night and had a great time. Luckily we had reservations because the place was packed. They have an upstairs and downstairs and I was shocked how big it was. The entrance was the famous pawn shop that really There were about 7 of us at the dinner party and... More

This is one of those hidden restaurants covered under an antiquities shop. If you don't know it is a restaurant, you will not go inside. One you cross the door, you see a big party is going on. The atmosphere is vibrant and all the pretty and cool people is there. Their wine and cocktail selection is good, and the... More

This restaurant is difficult to get a reservation at. Book early. We took a while to be seated and the restaurant is noisy.. But the food is outstanding. The cocktails great We were mostly all vegetarian. There was a decent amount of choice. The kale and apple salad was the best dish. The pizzeta and avocado bruschetta tasty. The pesto... More

Went in Feb. 2015 during restaurant week. Definitely worth it! Now, would I go if it wasn't Restaurant Week? probably not. But that doesn't mean going through a Pawn shop to get to your table isn't pretty cool. It is....it just works once, maybe twice. Still a fun night! Dessert was the best!!

We really loved this place. It is a great recommendation for dinner in a trendy and young restaurant that transform into a club after dinner. The food was very good and the service excellent. We reserved a bottle service boot on the second floor and everything was great. We strongly recommend this place.

Neighborhood Profile
Lower East Side
Straddling the bridge between New York’s thriving immigrant past and its modern transformation into a beacon of global art and culture, the Lower East Side is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. The blocks of tenements that represented the promise and blight of the Lower East Side immigrant experience now command top dollar for new residents. Right next to old-world delis, 24-hour bodegas, and the garment shops of Orchard Street, you’ll find hip clubs, fashionable bistros, and luxury hotels beckoning at all hours of the evening. If you love nightlife and live music, it’s hard to beat the scene here.
