Although we made a reservation, the restaurant was quiet when we arrived. It is on the second floor of an office building a bit strangely located but once inside offered that quirky Japanese environment. Udon soup is fantastic and the sushi roles fresh. Saki of course and tea were served. The food is excellent, I'd come back.

I tasted sake before in several places but I didn't really enjoy it honestly so I thought I was not a sake person. HOWEVER, after I tried the sake at Kirakuya, I just can't stop thinking about it. Kirakuya is located in Midtown. Once you get in, you feel like you were in a totally different place. I mean..just hard... More
