I had the Mexican wrap and my wife had "the best burger in NYC". Not impressed by the service, the waitress seemed to be friendly to everyone except us (maybe as we are Australians??). We are always very friendly towards hospitality staff as both of us used to work in the industry for many years so I'm not sure what... More

Last april I was in NYC at the Eventi Hotel (on the corner between 6 av and 30 str) and I had my breakfast here every morning. It is a cozy corner diner and I love how old-timey this place is. There were many tables but I loved sitting down at the bar counter, eating scrambled eggs with bacon or... More

New York is a wonderful place to visit because of its melting pot. We happened to stop by this greek restaurant because it was on the corner of 7th Avenue and easy to get to from the FIT museum. It was nothing fancy; just a neighborhood diner. My waitress was the best because she helped me to choose the perfect... More

Great value breakfast (the bacon was so tasty)....giving proper NY experience for visitors. Would have got a 5 rating - but they could spend a little to spruce the place up.

Little restaurant serving everything Greek. Yes, you can get a burger there too. The club sandwiches are stacked a mile high. All deluxe platters come with a huge amount of fries. They do serve wine and beer too. Sit at the counter and listen to the short order cook speak Spanish to the boss while the boss responds in Greek,... More

This place is just down the block from our hotel, so have gone there for breakfast twice this week rather than pay $40 for breakfast at our hotel. Is just a good old traditional diner with seats at the counter and about ten small tables. In our visits we had French toast, Florentine omelettes, and corned beef hash and eggs.... More

We really wanted a good gyro that didnt have the processed lamp/beef mix. We found this place and we were so pleased. The gyro's were so excellent and the fries were good too. This place is open 24 hours and the service was attentive. The atmosphere is old diner, but man those gyro's are awesome!

I've eaten here many times over the years. It's conveniently located on 7th Ave (Fashion Ave) very close to the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T) at 28th Street, Midtown West/Chelsea area. Mostly locals come here, they have standard diner and Greek fare. If you want your order customized, they'll do it for you. I wanted a mushroom omlette with NO... More
