Fabulous Food!

We asked for a recommendation while shopping and were directed here. It is not on a busy street. It is so worth visiting if you are in the area. I ordered the chicken pot pie. My husband had the chili. Both were fabulous. Service was excellent.

Wow nacho heaven. So my partner told me about this place claiming they were the best nachos he has ever had. I was a bit sceptical. IT KILLS ME TO SAY HE IS CORRECT! These are the nachos you will find in the starter part of the menu which are massive and easily feeds two as a main course! The... More

Stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening over Labor Day weekend. We got their burger, which was extremely juicy and delicious. Asked for a salad, which was much much better than your average salad, in fact it was fantastic. Had a local beer topped with Guiness...couldn't get any better. Service was quick and efficient. Absolutely loved this place and... More

Great bar with buzzing atmosphere. Scott the bar manager is a fine host. The burgers are the best we've eaten in the city. What's not to like?

This place was recommended by my friends in NYC for lunch. It was great. Lots of choices and lots of comfort food. I had a Sloppy Joe, something i've not had in over 15 years, and it was fantastic. The ambiance is very soho-ish. Exposed Brick, movie theater seats for those on the wall and great service. Everyone enjoyed and... More

Great place to stop and have a drink. Popular with the locals and those finishing work. Food looked great but we didn't try it.

i know most crazy people don't eat soup in the hot summer. but me. i do. its really good. a complimentary swiss burger and fries to top it off. the atmosphere is cozy and quaint, almost like an understated wine bar. if you go it when its quiet, i almost feels romantic. really pretty exposed red brick wall on one... Good, unpretentious food, friendly staff, generous portions, reasonably priced. Well worth a visit, especially if you're staying at the Hilton Garden across the road (39, Avenue of the Americas). A great place for a relaxed meal.

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
