E&E Grill House is a neighborhood restaurant surrounded by the marquees of Broadway theaters in historic Times Square. We treat all our guests like celebrities. Our calling card? We are a grill house-the fun, more dynamic cousin of the steakhouse. We serve excellent food at fair prices with an emphasis on grilled items and the freshest ingredients. Our menu has tasty dishes that delight vegetarians and fish lovers, - but it's our steaks and meat selections that satisfy a carnivore's cravings!

Good eats

We had lunch there and we both enjoyed our meals. A straight-up kind of restaurant - nothing fancy, think typical American fare.

Food was very good for both lunch & dinner. Very friendly & efficient staff. Also good for dropping in for a drink at the bar where they offer a pre- order service for intermission drinks if visiting the nearby theatres

E&E Grill House is attached to the Pearl hotel, right across from the Alexander O'Neil theatre. Superb meals even though it calls itself a 'grill house'. Great welcome and very attentive staff, whether that is in the eatery or just in for a beer. As we were staying in the Pearl we tried out E&E on our first night, which... More

We had the Book of Mormon pre theatre dinner at this restaurant across the street from Eugene O' Neill Theatre. The only thing we liked about it was friendly, welcoming and helpful service. The service people did really great. We did not like the food.We had salad and chicken quasadilla appetizers. It was not great. For the main course we had fish served... More

Made reservations for a pre-theatre birthday dinner, noting the special occasion. We were offered a choice of tables and chose a quiet corner in the main dining room. Made selections from a short list of wines by the glass. Started with a mixed green salad and beet salad, which were large, as well as complimentary rolls. We had the filet,... More

Ate there with good friends. We had such a good time. Started with drinks at the bar with a friendly bartender who also knew how to give you your space We were sat on time and our waitress was terrific. Great service and good recommendations The food was excellent. Some had Tuna steaks cooked perfectly and others had steaks. All... More

Conveniently located off Broadway, the restaurant was just an average experience. The décor is sleek and modern and the atmosphere is upscale. There is a $39 prix fixe 3 course menu that 3 out of 4 of us ordered. My dining companions ordered the cod and the flat iron steak, which they thought were fine. Their desserts of Key Lime... More

We hadn't made a reservation at this restaurant as we had eaten elsewhere prior to seeing "the book of Mormons" which is literally playing across the street from this restaurant. We walked in after the show and sat at the bar, the bartender was extremely nice and gave us a menu ,we ordered the Chilled grilled shrimp and a drink.... More

We were looking for a nice meal close to our hotel, and found E&E online. It is a relaxed but very nice atmosphere, and our server here was one of the best we had in the few days we spent in the area. My wife and I both had New York Strip steaks and a special feature salad. The salad... More

We had dinner here before Book Of Mormon, let me add. right across the street. Food was solid. Drinks were great. Best part? We pre-ordered drinks for intermission, whipped across to enjoy them, as well as uncrowded restrooms, and enjoyed a very zen theatre intermission. E & E has GREAT servers, and very good food, with a great location for... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
